    A simple fix took weeks for GS to figure out

    I've been a GS support client through Best Buy for years. Unfortunately, I recently cancelled because their staff knowledge has declined greatly since the service began. It took weeks and endless phone calls to get my virus program correctly installed and, in the process, one tech so messed things up that I had to have an in-home tech visit. And, in the end, I was the one to figure out what they couldn't. Very disappointing at this point.

    Great service, but charged after cancellation

    The plan is worth it if you have enough devices in your home. With 8 children, I had plenty. Unfortunately, when I moved out of this country and cancelled my policy, I continued getting charged for the next 6 months and my request for a refund has been refused. Each time I call I'm told "I don't have a record of your call to cancel"

    Not so smart TV

    I've owned several Samsung TVs. Bought 35" for the bedroom. Not happy with remote control features. Doesn't hold casting signal well.

    Waste of money, they couldnt solve any of my probs

    It has been impossible to get this cancelled, it was supposed to be a one year membership that shouldve ended in April and Im still getting charged in August. I used it ONCE and apparently it was a problem so difficult no one could figure it out. I needed help getting a virus off my computer and they couldn't do it. So that 1+ I've spent paying a monthly $20 was a complete and total waste.

    Need Assistance - None Available in My Area

    I have used this service once and that was in November of 2017. I purchased this service because I knew I would have a complicated sound / entertainment system and would need support. My system is now in need of support and I contacted for service. I was told that the expertise I require is not available in my area. I intend to discontinue this service immediately as it is WORTHLESS.

    I had issues on my phone and my computer with Facebook marketplace because it had been hacked into and Avenue K5 trips to the geek squad they still couldn’t fix it and then they did something to my phone and I had to go back in the building twice to get that fixed

    Never needed the warranty because they never showed up to complete the service m. All products were returned and purchased from another vendor that did a awesome job.

    Requested service. Paid in advance & the wrong tech person sent out. No follow up to reschedule. I’ve had this plan 3yrs and have only had one service completed. A WASTE OF MONEY.
