    I love being a Total Tech member. They always happily fix my PC issues when I bring them in, and I never have to pay a fee for the service. I also have benefited from other perks like free appliance delivery and installation and discounted installation of big TV mounts and wires inserted into the wall neatly.

    They have been great help. Just like they say, they help you with things you didn't buy from there. And the installation prices there's some breaks some really good breaks with items purchased there. I haven't actually tried the installation services other than a very large tv. It looks great. The technician clean up the mess. Programmed it. Answered any questions we had. Be careful there's an automatic renewal just in case you need to beware

    In my past experience, I never bothered with this type of purchase. However, as technology increases and everything is "connected" I find that it is so much easier to have this support, than not. I'm a senior and live in a smart home (dumb owner) and need all the help I can get. I don't need the frustration. It gives me peace of mind that I can continue to live in this connected life. It pays for itself and includes appliance service and for items not bought at Best Buy.

    If you need help setting something up, like a backup drive, or just advice on what to buy for a new home network, this subscription is worthwhile. The tech can come to your site and give you useful advice. I found the people I talked to were very knowledgeable and knew what I was looking for and were able to give me very useful advice. In my opinion, a single site visit makes the subscription worthwhile. Any other visits just make it that much more of a value.

    I BELIEVE IN GETTING AN EXTENDED WARRANTY ON ANY PRODUCT YOU BUY AT BEST BUY, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE SPENDING MORE THAN $100-$200 ON A SINGLE ITEM. I BUY A LOT OF DIFFERENT THINGS AT BEST BUY & if it cost me over $200, I got the extended warranty. BUT NOW, BEST BUY CAME OUT WITH A NEW AND BETTER WARRANTY CALLED "TOTAL TECH". HERE'S WHAT MAKES THIS SO MUCH BETTER: PLANNING TO MAKE ANY MAJOR PURCHASES? It's most likely covered by the Total Tech Warranty! You pay for this warranty ONCE A YEAR---THEN WHEN YOU BUY a product from Best Buy, it's most likely covered--automatically with your TOTAL TECH WARRANTY! New Computer, Cell Phone, TV, Appliances, Canon, Nikon, & other cameras, lenses, X-Box, printers, it is all covered automatically with your TOTAL TECH WARRANTY! You can go in & buy all these items mentioned BUT INSTEAD OF BUYING A NEW WARRANTY FOR EACH PRODUCT, IT IS ALL COVERED UNDER your TOTAL TECH WARRANTY! I am buying a new Ring Doorbell & Flood light. Under this TOTAL TECH WARRANTY! My installation cost is A LOT cheaper (over 70%) & it is all wired, not battery, and covered under the TOTAL TECH WARRANTY! Now, I have the TOTAL TECH WARRANTY & if I have an issue, it's covered at Best Buy and taken care of NOW, IF YOU MAKE ANY MAJOR PURCHASE--I VERY HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU GET THE TOTAL TECH WARRANTY. IT'S WORTH IT. ASK ABOUT IT WHEN IN THE STORE. I WAS SHOCKED AT HOW MUCH THIS COVERS. The old warranty used to be based on how much the product cost. NOW, this TOTAL TECH WARRANTY covers all major purchases and much, much, more! I've got it and used it, and it's worth it! Good luck!

    This is my second year purchasing a Total Tech Support membership. Last year I used this service to have a Kenwood receiver paired with 2 Kicker 4"x6" speakers in the dash of my truck, 2 Kicker 6 1/2" speakers in the doors and a Kicker hideaway Subwoofer in back of the cab along with a Viper DS4 remote start with the security add. Next I would like to add a set of Kicker 6"×9" speakers in back of the cab. All work was done free of change after purchasing a yearly membership. Well worth the price.

    This plan pays for itself! It is SO helpful to have and for starters, you get Webroot with this plan for up to 10 devices! This is a lifesaver, the way you can bring items in for repair with ease and included with the plan and if it's not included, it's way more affordable to do or repair vs if you didn't have Total Tech Support! If you don't have it already, I'd go and subscribe to it yearly NOW! The Geek Squad and Best Buy associates are so helpful when it comes to all things support, and even explaining Total Tech Support when I have questions!

    I think this was one of my best purchases about warranties and protections on all of my electronic devices. Bestbuy already has a great Geek Squad Protection, and to top it off the Total Tech Support just makes it perfect! It's like having health insurance and Option D to cover out of pockets where you have nothing to worry about. If you haven't tried it you are missing out, it's always nice to try and if it doesn't work for you then I don't know what else will.

    I do a lot of shopping for electronics & technology devices at Best Buy & other stores so it’s important that I also have a support system that helps me manage & protect these investments. Total Tech Support fulfills that needs. At first I was going to decline my annual renewal subscription but I reconsidered when I compared the cost & benefits, it really does pay for itself. I’ve used the service several times & it truly has been vital for me to keep. They are always professional, knowledgeable & courteous.

    Love this service. I have and purchase a lot of technology in a year and this service makes that very cost effective and takes the hassle out of maintaining it. If I purchase something I know Total Tech gives me “free” delivery and set up and if something goes wrong with a computer or TV or network I can get “free” service either in my home or in the store. I think this is my 4th year of buying the service.

    Review on last visit. The store manager listened to concerns I had with new computer. He also came up with a plan to correct and carried through on it. The technician, who resolved a very difficult situation, was excellent. He also set up all the programs I needed and made sure I knew how how to get into and use all the programs I had on this new computer. I am not good with technology but I am enjoying using computer because of him. I can't thank him enough.

    We have had Total Tech Support for several years. We have used the service several times. The service person that has come out to the house have always been friendly, helpful and professional. Each time they have fixed the problem. A few times we have called Tech Service and have sovled the problem over the phone. We have 3 TV's, 1 printer, 2 lap top computers, 1 tower computer, 1 iPad. So this is why we have Tech Service.

    Your total support employees are all good listeners. They really have a great respect for the older oldies. I happen to be one of them. They are ALL knowledgeable and I admire their dedication and interest in each individual. They never hurry .... they are always great listeners and they will take their time to explain and give suggestions. Thank you to the Geek Squad and Computer Technicians..... They work hard and are always busy, they take time to care about me.

    I purchased this plan a year ago and was extremely satisfied with this Tech Support contract. I took my 3 computers in for service and I could not have asked for better, prompt service, whether at my local Best Buy or through their on-line service. The price of this contract is unbelievable and certainly the best value for the money. Previously I had paid as much as this contract costs to have one computer worked on one time by other service companies. I renewed this contract for another year and plan to renew it when it expires again.
