Originally I purchased this protection plan for my computer. I was not aware of all the options this plan offers. While doing some research I found many other services included in this plan, such as car stereo installation, backup camera installation etc. It saved me a lot of money. The only drawback is when it comes to having my computers fixed. Some times the only solution offered is to get a new laptop. The service plan would be better if it was a little more affordable.

I have always been one to decline any extended warranty or service when purchasing products. I purchased the total tech support in a effort to save cost associated with purchase and installation of home networking and security system. I could not be happier. The value of everything included in the bundle is superb! I have found myself using services I never considered in the past which have resulted in more proficient electronics and cheaper repairs!

over the years, I've used Geek Squad for many problems I incurred with my computer! The usage of tech support has always been most thorough in their assisting with the solving of my problems! They are quite dependable! I would always recommend having these professionals as a partner whenever you might run across problems with your systems! There's an old saying of never leave home without it, well, I'll never be caught without them!

Tech support through Geek Squad is 24/7 and absolutely indispensable. Well worth the price and has saved me so much grief over not having a resident techie in the house to resolve my computer issues. These fine people have worked online remotely to fix issues with multiple devices and are ALWAYS so professional & pleasant to work with. Pre-Covid, I used both the online & the store tech support, but now just the online service.

This is also one of the best purchases I have made I have had the tech support for years and whenever there is an issue with my computer I take it in and a great turn around with issues resolved. I have also had a tech come to my house and work on my computers there with an additional fee, but well worth it. The annual price you can't beat.

Do a lot of my own repairs and build my own computers so it was a bit of a surprise to my friends that I bought this service. They have tools that I do not. Fixed my laptop, quickly and for free. Put screen protectors on my smart watches, phones and tablets without the typical air bubbles at no charge. Always respectful and helpful. Next step is for them to come to the house and adjust the color on the TV and optimize the surround sound system. Recommend, even if you do a lot of your own stuff.

Have had in my home installs, on line assistance with computer questions, in store assistance with computer and/or fitbit issues and every single time the knowledge, courtesy of associates and training given has been excellent. Each associate has been a good interpreter of my basic, ignorant questions to a tech level that I can understand and learn more at each happening. Best Buy Geek Maintenance is best value of any agreement I have ever had and they have assisted guests in my home also.

Bought originally for a new computer so they transfer all my old data to my new one...has come in handy and usually friendly service besides one guy, don’t remember his name but likes to think he is in charge and when picking up my new computer had to end up making an appointment to pick it up even though no one was in line and had received and email stating it was ready to pick up! Happened last year way before the whole shut down issues going on now...

The best bargain at Best Buy. We have had this for many years. I have saved the cost of the service every year in other purchases, delivery and installation. And now I don’t get weekend calls from my brother to help fix his machine. He just calls them!!! Worth the price right there

Tech support not bad, but could use improvement. Better qualified home theatre tech service would be one area and the fixing laptop department could use some improvement. I had to fix the laptop they did for me because it wasn't done right. A kind of waste of time for me to bring it to them and not have it done right. The total tech support was great for having them come and install my tv's and equipment for me, but had to redue the sound calibration on my receiver to get good sound due the installer did not use the correct sound processing, but overall not bad.

All I can say about Total Tech Support is "Don't go home without it". I have had problems with my laptop recently which would have cost a pretty penny to repair, but thank goodness for Total Tech Support I didnt have to come out of my pocket with any extra money. Plus the technical support I received from the Geek Squad technicians online and at an in-store location was EXCELLENT. I recommend Total Tech Support to everyone!!!

One of my laptops would not come up. I was desperate because I had not updated the other one and my Surface Computer doesn’t have a CD Drive. I took the Laptop in as a walk-in an The Geek Squad diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They replaced my hard drive and I had my Laptop back in 4 days. I’ve had the Total Tech Support for years and never used it on my Computers. Boy did learn a lesson. I will use it from now on.

We have never had an issue with total tech. They are there when we need them and they always fix the issue. We have very seldom had to have a total tech come out to the home. Love this as it saves time and money by not having to take the tower into Best Buy. Excellent Service

For total technological morons, and even those that actually get technology, this is a great service! They have helped work out problems on cell phones, computers and networks. When buying a new computer, having the drive cloned to an ssd that replaced the hard drive, loading all software etc at no cost was worth every penny of the service contract. Highly recommend for peace of mind any time a tech issue comes up. Indispensable!!!!

Total Tech Support means that all Geek Squad deliveries and set ups are free. In the past year I have had them do 2 TV delivery and set ups. 2 wall mounts including in wall cabling, 2 AVR set ups, and a half dozen extended warranties. So over $1000 in service at no charge over the annual Total Tech support membership

We enjoy Total Tech Support. We have been members for a while and have used the computer support often. We recently purchased a new TV and your team was very professional and very knowledgeable installing a TV. I would recommend the team anytime. Bryce and Arnell were experts!!

This plan is must if you are purchasing electronics from Best Buy. This year, we upgraded our iPads and purchased new devices as well. We received the two year care warranty for each of these with no cost, which was really, really nice. The benefits are more than worth the annual subscription. This is a good deal!

Total Tech Support is the best plan that Geek Squad has come up with. I receive not only coverage for all the family computers, but I have a couple of extra light-weight computers I use for "on-the-go" and it covers those. It annually updates all my computers with Webroot which has done a very fine job of protecting against most viruses. My local store has the best Geek Squad tech's and they make this feature the best.

This plan proved to be a life saver and well worth its cost. They check it out on the spot and I've had my $700+ phone replaced twice; once due to a technical failure and once due to finger failure (lol, slipped right thru my fingers), and each time I got a replacement within 2 days and was back up and running...no matter when I upgrade my phone, I'll never be without the Geeks. I'm also VERY glad the Mobile dept is there to provide the transfer of my data so I don't lose anything.

Didn't think we needed this until our macbook got a virus twice and webroot froze up on us. After paying $100 first time to get it fixed, total tech support was the best decision made the 2nd time for our macbook. We get discounts on coverage and our iphone batteries are cheaper with total tech support. Saved us tons of money. Covers all phones,electronics , iPad, ipods and gaming systems. Totall got our moneys worth
