    This is a great entry level Android phone. Its fast enough and the google AI chat works well. Cameras are good. Screen is bright and very sharp and colorful. Scrolling is smooth. Speakers are loud for ring tones and watching videos. Has 128gb internal storage and 4gb RAM.

    We were told that this phone would work with Verizon which is why I bought it. Come to find that was an inaccurate statement. It works only for Total Wireless. The phone was brought back to Best Buy for a refund and we were told it was too late. Nothing was marked unreturnable until later that evening, after we tried to return it. It looks nice and has the capacity I was looking for but will sit in the closet for an emergency. Best Buy in Middletown NY needs to do better.
