This Touch brewer was purchased to replace a Keurig that lasted nearly 4 years before the water pump gave out. Love the modern design, large water holding tank and selection of sizes. Brewer turns off after a short idle period which is a nice power saving feature. It heats up fast when the power button is pressed and is ready to brew quickly The best feature is the HOT HOT water for brewing. The Touch makes a noticeably hotter cup of coffee than the Keurig and that brings out the coffee flavor. The down side...the water pump failed after 7 weeks of normal use. Touch Customer Service was extremely helpful in trying to trouble-shoot the problem, but in the end they had to send me a Return Authorization and are shipping out a new brewer. This failure was a surprise as the coffee maker seems very sturdy and well-made as compared to a Keurig. I think Touch is still improving this new product and I expect they will resolve this design issue if it is a recurring problem.

Went into store wanting the Keurig but a lot of reviews said that the reliability wasn't that great. You spent a lot of money and theremembered was a high probablility that it would break sooner than later. Then I read that the Touch Plus which I didnt know anything about took everything that wasn't good in the Keurig and improved on it. And I went with it over more recognized brands of Keurig or Cuisinart And its true. My coffee comes out hotter than my old machine; no acidity and brews very quick. Daily cleanup consists of popping out the k-cup. Comes with reusable pod to include your own coffee instead of k pods which are more expensive. And a carafe for more cups. A lot quicker than my old machine. And Bestbuy.com had it on sale! Even worth it at the original price. Great machine! Highly recommend!

This is a great coffee maker. It makes a hot strong brew quickly. Its got a wide variety of cup sizes (including a small carafe size) and this model includes a thermal carafe. The key for me is its ability to use any size or type of K-cup. We already had the older K-cups and some new Kurigs won't take them. Kurig had me totally confused about which of their models worked with which version of k-cup. This Touch works with all of them -- and makes a better cup of coffee faster than most of their new models. All that said, this is my second unit. The first one failed after 11 months. Since my earlier Kurig,failed young, I had opted for the Best Buy protection plan on my first Touch unit. When it failed, my local Best Buy replaced the unit with a new one the next day. That one has been working just fine for a few months now. Also, since my new touch was on sale at a lower price, they refunded me the difference as well. What a deal!

Did not want a Keurig that my friends have. There were too many people complaining that the coffee did not taste that good. Boy was I surprised with the quality of this machine.. Unit is hefty. Their is some weight to it. Best of all is the fact that it can use all the k-cups not just 2.0 cups Water comes out very hot and extracts the flavor of the coffee beans. For most coffee k-cups that you usually use at 8 ounces you can increase this to 10 ounces with the same intensity of flavor. It has a very rich flavor and not just watered down. Coffee heats up and is served in about a minute. It is very fast. Next is the fact that there are individual buttons for the number of ounces dispensed from 6 to 18 oz in 2 ounce intervals plus a 26 ounce carafe setting. Finally it has a large jumbo cup to use your own brand of coffee and save a little money. This unit is highly recommended by myself for those who like the convenience of k-cups or your own coffee in one machine, or for those who just like brewing hot delicious coffee

This coffee maker is incredibly fast and makes a good cup of coffee. Holds 90 ounces of water a real nice feature. No waiting turn it on select the cup size and in minutes it’s done. Not wild about the finish.

Got this because I wanted a BIG cup of coffee in the morning. Unit comes with the small pot and large water tank. Brews quick and hot and I think it's better than the K I returned. Uses K-cups or the larger basket to make a pot of coffee. Glad I got this especially since it was cheaper than the K

It does a wonderful job of making single cup or a carafe of coffee. We use all types of single serve cups and also make our own single cup brews with the included pod. I will say using the pod that comes with it does not filter the coffee as well as I would like(but not a big issue) and using a paper filter was not effective. Would it be nice to have a built in filter, yes but I have filtered water anyway so it really is not an issue. One thing I do which I think helps the coffee from going up into the upper chamber is that I push the pod down and puncture it before closing. The tank is large enough to make several cups before needing to refill. We would purchase again.

Hotter, more flavorful coffee and tea. no restrictions, all k-cups brew.

Purchased from Best Buy in January 2016 after reading many reviews on many single serve coffee makers. We were very pleased with the unit for about 10-11 months. It then started making coffee cups that were filled with grounds and blowing big holes in the top of the pods. I contacted Best Buy and was told that I needed to contact Touch for warranty service. I only had about 2 weeks left on my 1 year warranty. I did as they said and after running some tests while on the phone with the company, was told to send the unit and all accessories back to them for review and repair. I did this and also sent several emails explaining the exact issue and that it frequently happened when brewing a second cup in succession. After about 10 days the brewer was returned but not the accessories. I followed the set up procedure to the letter and got one cup of drinkable coffee. Subsequent cups were filled with grounds. I contacted customer service by email again( they never answer their phones or return calls). I received a reply from a manager who essentially said I lied about sending my accessories. I furnished photos of the coffee the brewer produced after repair. We went back and forth a few times with the bottom line that they would send the accessories but now as my warranty had expired during the back and forth shipping of our brewer for repair, they would not repair or replace the unit and I could go buy whatever brewer I chose. I would not buy a product from Touch ever again and would be wary of Best Buy. Very disappointed!

Coffeemaker was great, and brewed a good cup of coffee, but after a few days it started to leak from the drip location after brewing was completed. After trying to get in touch with manufacturer and being unable to speak to someone on the phone (their customer service number sounds like a telemarketing company- ?!?!) I decided to cut my losses and return the unit.

I have a Moccamaster. The Moccamaster was nice, but expensive. and not designed if you want one cup or if everyone wants their own choice.It turns off in a few minutes, It can use the old k-cups, your own grounds and heats up only what you need, so it is fast, plus the coffee is very ho,t tastes good and it looks cool too.

I did a lot of research on single cup makers and this is the only one that has the highest heated water. I like HOT coffee. Love the fact that it has 8 size settings including the carafe size! I had been purchasing Keurig pots costing around the same price and they only lasted about 12 - 18 months and time for a new one. I am still using the Touch i bought 3+years ago and have no problems. Only con, it only comes in black!

It's a great coffeemaker! Heats up fast & very hot ... brews a variety of sizes ... has a very large water reservoir ... coffee tastes great! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is I would like to be able to use Keurig K-Mug pods & K-Carafe pods with this coffeemaker. Even considering that, I would recommend this coffeemaker to anyone!

I purchased the Touch 1-Cup Coffee Maker after purchasing and returning eight other models that I was unhappy with. I was elated to finally find one that had everything I wanted - a large reservoir, several cup sizes including carafe, auto shut off and HOT coffee.

This is a 2nd Touch as the first from Best Buy was terrible. Using the Kcups resulted in coffee mugs filled with grounds. After the third cup of grounds we contacted Touch directly. Their customer service was excellent. They were aware of the problem and informed us a newer model had come out to eliminate the ground issue. They emailed a shipping label and once ours was enroute they shipped the new one. The new one worked as advertised with no grounds in the cups. If you do get grounds in your cup get the newer model but don't go through Best Buy for a replacement.

This coffee maker is excellent. Its big selling point is that it brews coffee at a higher temperature than other commercial brewers. It does! Coffee is piping hot at 200 degrees. The brewer also has a good selection of cup sizes from 6 to 18 ounces with a dedicated button for each size. There is also an included carafe with its own button. It accepts all pod brands and even our 3rd party refillable pods. Applicable parts dissemble for easy cleaning. One drawback is limited customer support from the company. I registered my brewer online and never heard back from them. Also I reached out to them with a question and never heard back. Other than that, its been a great machine.

This may be a simple coffee machine, but does a much better job than the more complicated ones. It's superman fast, a little over a minute. The coffee is hot, scalding hot. It brings out the unique flavor from each coffee. Finally, you do not have to use pods only. You can use your own ground coffee. There is one con, and that is the carafe. It does not maintain the heat for a very long time. Other than this minor flaw, I love this machine.

The Touch Coffee Maker replaces a Hamilton Beach that leaked. The Hamilton Beach was slow to brew, but brewed nice hot coffee. The Touch Coffee Maker brews rapidly, but the coffee is not very hot and has to be microwaved!

I love this coffee maker it is how can I start it really is everything it says fast brew, 90oz reservoir, sleek looking nice blue led lighting and my coffee is nice and hot which I have not experienced with Keurig (sorry Keurig) this machine is worth the money although I got it on sale now that I know I would easily buy at full price if needed makes a great cup of java

Bought this coffeemaker and thought I found happiness. 17 months later it leaks water from the bottom all over my counter top. Contacted customer service at TOUCH and basically no help. Wanted me to ship it back at my expense and pay for the repair. Bought a Keurig on a black Friday sale. GOODBYE TOUCH. Your coffeemaker was not worth the money I paid for it!
