Not True Active Noise Cancelling

I gave this 2 stars because the earbuds sound fine, but the specifications state "Noise Cancelling (Active): Yes". This is misleading because according to Tozo, the noise cancelling is only active during calls to quiet outside noise.
The title of the product originally stated "Hybrid ANC", but has since been removed and replaced with "Noise Cancel Call Mic". Since I purchased these specifically for the noise cancelling, I returned them.
