This adapter works great. It gives me 90Mb/s download from the furthest distance from my router in a 3400 Sqf house on the 5ghz selection for fraction of the price other adapters cost.

I purchased this adapter because it has a wire and doesn't just stick out of my laptop to be accidentally hit and broken. It's real fast, easy to set up but buyer beware, *THIS ADAPTER IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS 10*. The company is working on an updated firmware. I kept it anyway and gave it to my son for his Alienware. He thought it was fast before; now he's flipping out!

I like the product. The cord is a little shorter than I expected. However, I am pleased with my purchase. The product is also attractively modern.

Brings in a strong signal on both bands from my TP-Link 171...get 5 bars now instead of two or three, resulting in faster internet. Have two rooms separating router from low shelf of desktop, ran wire to higher ground, get better signal. Was easy to install.

I looked at adding an internal wifi AC card in my computer and decided to go the external route instead. I had recently upgraded my router to AC 1950 speeds and was still running an "N" USB adapter on the PC. Speeds were still nowhere near what they should be, so I looked for a better adapter, preferably one with AC speed. This TP-Link - Archer T4UH Wireless-AC adapter fit the bill perfectly. I had been at speeds of maybe 20 Mbps before swapping to AC. After replacing the "N" adapter, my speeds jumped to 110+ Mbps. That is a huge improvement.
