Extended wifi to a far room in my house where Wireless signal was not acceptable. The through-air wifi extender that I had (DST) was not able to do this.

Very straight forward installation. Just follow the instruction that came with the product. Speed rating is as advertised. Very happy with the result. Have bought additional AV500 Nano for two other rooms and joined the existing network without any issues.

Had a pool control system using wifi installed and it couldn't reach my normal router. I bought this unit and plugged it in from router and receiver near pool control and no problems.

Comcast service technician recommended this router over one I had already purchased @ twice the price. Followed installation instructions to the letter. Does not work to improve WiFI in my home! Very disappointed! Best Buys weak return policy a clear deterrent to future purchases after Geek Squad rep in store confirmed what Comcast Tech had said! Both wrong on all counts!

Space was a concern. This surge protector with swivel plug ins and wall mountable served my purpose.

We have an all brick home which eats up Wi-Fi and this extender does boost it.

TP-Link - N300 Wi-Fi Extender Starter + AV500 Powerline Adapter Kit is not a reliable product. Wifi too slow, or disconnects frequently.

The connection is not very stable and goes in and out. The area I have put it in is not that large.

This product is not at all good, I Highly recommend a better router

I was pleasantly surprised to learn about this devise online when I was researching for a solution to add Ethernet hookup instead of wifi to solve buffering issue. My router is getting too much traffic from all our devises. I checked the list of all hooked up on my router and everything were legit. So I have to look for a solution on how to add another "line" or "freeway" to ease up on the wifi traffic. This devise solved my problem and I was extremely surprised at how easy it is to set-up. Besides having 2 Ethernet connection which I initially needed, this devise created another wifi channel and extended my wifi range.
