I live in a rural area and it stays on Verizon instead of AT&T for towers. After two days and numerous hours of tech calls, a different sim card and it is still on 'roam'.

I had to enter a bazillion codes and the person helping me had a strong accent making it hard. In the end, my address wasn't in the system to mail me a new sim, (really??????) I gave my address 6 times, have lived here for years, and shop online all the time. No address to send a new SIM and no phone will work without a SIM, so "call back tomorrow" was how we left it after 45 minutes. This was my first experience with TracPhone and it was terrible.
