I am very pleased with my new phone. I never had a smart phone before. It's very easy to use. The only downside is I had a hard time finding a case to fit it. some say they do but they lie.

It works pretty good, only wish it had more power for taking or making calls from the inside of home. Still learning to use the new phone.

not a very easy phone to learn and be able to set everything up. Still don't know how to set up voice mail, or use camera. Even tech at Best By where i bought the phone didn't know how to find how many min utes, data, or text i had left or when my air time ended.

I purchased this cell phone as I did not have access to my regular phone for a month. It was easy to use, and did everything a more expensive phone did, at a fraction of the price. The screen resolution and response speed was a tad slower, but at the price point, it was a much better phone than I expected.

I upgraded from a basic LG 306G in order to try an Android phone, but this phone is just so-so. The screen is very low-resolution, the speakerphone sounds muffled and is difficult to hear anything, and apps are very slow to respond when pressed. While I was not expecting Samsung Galaxy series quality, I didn't think this phone would be as bad as it is. I am going back to my LG 306G basic phone. Although it lacks smart phone capabilities, it is superior in almost every way to the LG Lucky. I'd suggest looking elsewhere if you need a budget Android. There are better options than this one.

I had A UMX prepaid tracfone android for about 9 months. It was my first android. I have been using tracfone for about 7 years. This new LG android prepaid has worked great. much better then the UMX and it has A much longer battery life. Plus the price was great. very pleased.

If you want a Tracphone smartphone for basic tasks (calling, light texting, etc.), this will do fine. It's cheap, compact, and it works. Not very fast, so don't expect great app performance. And the screen is very low resolution. It's not great to look at. There are better phones to be had for a few bucks more.

Decent phone, the screen resolutions is a little low, but readable, looks a little washed out. Its a good starter phone if you're not looking for anything crazy.

The phone and service have been great as a starter for a teenager. It has been just what we were looking for to see if they would loose it, break it or run out of the prepurchased minutes. This is the only phone that the minutes last 90 days. We are very happy.
