Awesome- easy to use and everything is delicious!!

This smoker provides everything that I've ever needed and after using it twice, I feel like I'm a master smoker, but the truth is it's because the smoker itself is so good. I don't really have to do much except salt to meat, cut some fat and wait about 9 to 10 hours for the best meal of my life

Very good product at a great price, BUT...this isn't exactly a set it and forget it smoker. After an hour, I went out to check on it, and the can was overflowing with the wood pellets, extinguishing the fire. The temp had gone down to about 120 degrees. Then the pellets got caught up on the side of the hopper, so I had to push them down. My ribs turned out just ok, but I know what to expect next time, so I think things will be much better.

If you want the best of both worlds this thing is awesome. If you want that great full bodied smoked meat, or quick grill on the weekend this thing does bith

Wow,is all I can say about this pellet grill,I’ve never been so satisfied,all u do is set it and forget it!!

Has had it for 2 weeks now. Giving it a 5 star. It has everything a smoker needs and more. Meats are smoked nicely and flavorful. The only downside is the accessories of this smokers are pretty expensive so the upfront cost is high

Smoker is great and everything works the way it should. I'm not the best cook their is but this smoker makes it look like i know what im doing. only gets 4 stars, because of the shipping, at check out i was going to pick it up at a store an hour away but it said not available for store transfer i had to pay the exta $150 to get it shipped. All in all good unit

Grilling and smoking have never been easier, and the quality of the cook has been amazing! Easy to move around, easy to take racks out and clean. Temps are accurate and the food has been delicious.

Best grill/smoker I've ever owned. Heavy or light smoke or temps. Versatile! The only thing I would like to see is a rack or something to store items.
