Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sturdy built, shortly after purchase digital display would show lines not numbers and middle of a cook it would stop burning the pellets, smoker was still on and pumping pellets which ended up over flowing on top of that ruined my cook. Customer service told me take into a local store to exchange after telling me it was out of stock only for me to waste time and energy hauling around this smoker when upon arrival i was told they cang exchange it because of it being out of stock. I was forced to return it however now this smoker has gone up on price by $200 and i bought accessories for this specific smoker that im now out of luck as well. DISASTER.

There is a slight learning curve to it compared to a gas Weber grill and a masterbuilt electric smoker. Only downside I've noticed is it was a little difficult to get a nice sear on a steak. I'll have to try again and see if I can perfect that. I highly recommend this pellet grill
