The best Transformers movie to date. It will be hard to top this greatness. The sound effects of them transforming bring chills!

It was only a matter of time before someone took the transformer toy idea and made a movie out of it. This is the first one, and overall is very good. Great special effects, decent acting, and great interaction among characters and character development. Although I don't like this series quite as well as other sci-fi ones like X-Men and Avengers, it still is very much worth watching.

80s cartoon come to live on the big screen. Loyal to the cartoon, even having Peter Cullen return to voice Optimus! Best Transformers until Bumblebee :)

Transformers redefine the Movie Genre when it comes to Giant Robots and presented to More Than Meets The Eye. This steelbook is limited only to Best Buy and nothing worth more owning it for the first time in USA release Highly recommended!

Fantastic film to watch in 4k and my favorite movie of the series, which doesn’t say much, but I do enjoy this movie and look at it on it’s own separate from the whole series for the most part.

Great movies, but the steelbooks were what I was wanting most. It is a great way to collect your favorite movies. Makes them more of a collectors item.

Wahlberg is ok at best but Shia Lebeouf built this series and was such a solid character. I really hope he gets a cameo in the new film, otherwise I may just have to keep rewatching this blu-ray instead.

Watched this in 2007 with no expectations and was blown away. I’ll admit, the sequels have their issues (as does this), but I still love this first film. I love having this on Blu-Ray Steelbook.

The original Transformers film is a good movie with great special effects, sci-fi battle sequences and an interesting story. The only drawback to the film is the poor attempt at a teen love story between the two main characters. It is over sexualized and crude, but manageable. That is the only reason that I did not give Transformers 5 stars.

The 4K transfer of Transformers really shines during the transformation and action sequences; highlighting every detail. As far as the film goes, it is on its way to becoming a product of its time, but doesn’t deter from the experience. Overall, Transformers is a must for the 4K collection.

Transformers in 4K is great. The 4K Transformers movies get better as they go. So this movie is not as clear and sharp as I would like but it is an old movie. Sound is a 5 star by itself.

Remember when you were a kid and played with these characters toys? I do, and having the movies now is really fun. DVD edition looks great on my 55" Plasma. No need for the more costly blue-ray version.

The movie that started it all. Having famous actors, and actress, to amazing acting! Good vs. Evil, and doing what's right!

The first live action bay formers film has alot of fun action in it but the action scenes themselves happen so fast. Not every one agrees with the character designs for the robots themselves but it works. Steelbook is extra nice!

It's the first and is it the best? probably is the answer, the classic Camaro, the nerdy kid who becomes the awkward hero; action, romance and humor. Park your brain in neutral and enjoy the ride.

Good movie even with Shia Lebouf as the main star.

This was the original movie that started it all.... What a classic movie which I love. Pick up this release if you can still find it.

Good price, good looking steel book as well. If it was 20 bucks I’d expect a better cover but a solid value at ten.
