It would be great if we could know what figure we will get when we buy online and not guess which one it will be

DO NOT ORDER THIS EXPECTING STAR SCREAM. I ordered him twice and instead received Grapple both times. You will not get what you ordered this is not Star Scream.

I ordered this thinking it was Starscream. It even pops up as a recommended ad via a Google search. Instead I got Grapple.

This one is reasonably priced and easy for kids to use

This one was a letdown. There was no slack given in the design of this Starscream, so right out of the package if you look where his legs mushroom pegs are inserted, you will see stress marks. The slots where the pegs fit in during assembly were very narrow. This is why the legs feel so tight. Also, the paint on the red hip panel causes issues with the panels movement and fit, which causes it to warp during transformation and in my case, formed a tiny crack in the center. I ended up picking up a spare of these to leave in the package as a back up, since this one really just isnt as sturdy as it should be.

I know this is a "styles may vary" item as it happened to me when I ordered Optimus Prime. This time I called and had an associate to go look, and she said they had the Starscream. I placed my order and went to pick it up after work. It was Grapple. I told them the lady I spoke to told me they had Starscream. They checked to try to do an exchange but said they were both Grapple. I called 2 other stores and they were all Grapple.

Add me to the list of those who expected Starscream and received Grapple instead. Need to have the option to select which specific character you are getting, not "styles may vary". Very misleading especially when Starscream is the first/main picture shown. On top of that, box severely damaged shipped in a bubble envelope. Easy return on this one.

Recommend to get item you want and not be random. I would expect you would get what is shown in the picture.

I was at a Best Buy in Porter Ranch, CA and saw Starscream Earthrise Voyager instead of the common Siege Voyager. It was an easy impulse buy. I want Starscream that look like a fighter jet instead of looking like a variation of an empire shuttle (Star Wars reference). I am happy with the purchase. Similar to the Marvel Legends line of toys, you will get a random pick of the toy from the series that is available if bought online. To be safe, go to the store and buy it.

I ordered this thinking I ordered The Earthrise Starscream, A few days after it was shipped I realized that the product showed Earthrise Grapple and Starscream. When it came in it was just Grapple and not the Starscream I thought I ordered. It’s basically a 50% chance to get one or the other. I guarantee Best Buy just randomly picks one with the same price tag and just ships it. I do not recommend to buy this product unless you are ok with getting one or the other unlike me.

As previously stated, it is intolerable the way these purchases are handled. instead of receiving what is PICTURED, you will be shipped one of the two Voyager class figures at RANDOM. very few retailers have policy's this stupid. if you are looking to get Starscream, you have a 75/25% chance of getting Grapple instead. Grapple is packed two per case. Starscream One. I ordered expecting to be shipped Scream, Only to find the footnote too late to cancel the order. I repeat, DID NOT receive what I needed. DO...NOT...BUY
