Great mold for those of us that lean towards the G1 character designs. I have him posing next to Omega Supreme, he's around knee height

The figure is covered in great detail and is proportionate to the source material. The gun he comes with is justifiably large for a large figure like Grimlock. This figure is better than the masterpiece version. With great articulation that comes standard with modern figures as well as great posing potential thanks to his combined sized feet and tight joints. It also allows for his head to plop on over the Dino body just as it should for the transformation.

First of all, this thing is big! Easily 8 inches in dino mode and almost 9 inches in robot mode. As such, the scale is excellent compared to other figures. Sculpt has show accurate proportions and colors. In a static pose, dino mode is better, but robot mode is very flexible for more action poses. The ankle bend is very well executed for pose stability. The only gripes are the gnarly gap on the arms in robot mode and I would have preferred his sword instead of a mini bot. Otherwise, and easy recommend at full MSRP.

He's a masterpiece! This figure is a great value. He's huge; almost a big as the $300 MP version. He's accurately detailed to the Transformers movie, and he comes with Wheelie (non transformable) all for $50. The interior box insert is also a display stand and backdrop.

This is the best Grimlock figure ever released. Both it's robot and dino modes are great. Fully articulated and simple transformation.

One of the best transformers that have come out this year. Since 2019 Hasbro's "Leader class" figures have been Voyagers with extra stuff attached, but now, NOW we have a figure that feels like it's worth $50. This Grimlock has everything (besides a sword), with amazing articulation in both modes, and both modes not only look great, not only feel solid in both modes, but it feels GOOD. This is a figure I'll be enjoying for a while to come.

The studio 86 series of Transformers are a celebration of the very first Transformers movie from 1986. Each is a new mold of the now classic Characters from Transformers: The Movie (1986). A must for any G1 collector. Get them while they are available!

This Grimlock takes the cake! Get this guy while he's available! The little Wheelie is a nice toss-in, but it's all good!

Awesome television G1 Transformers version of Grimlock. This is a great action figure highly recommend it!!!

Finally, Grimlock! He looks like the original, and he feels substantial. He is well made. Great figure!

I'm starting to wonder why I even bothered with Masterpiece now that these are out.

This version of Grimlock is enormous, standing 11.5" tall, one of the tallest Transformers figures of the year. Grimlock is designed to interact with Transformers Generations figures and rivals the Masterpiece figure in size, but has the plus of only costing $49.99, a highly recommended Transformers action figure.
