Said they could not install but. 3rd party would come and install. 3rd party had to drive from Nashville and was at my home approx, 5 minutes to install?? Waste of money and personnel. Train someone that works with a Geek Squad to install to SAVE MONEY; both for Best Buy and the consumer bc in the end, the consumer pays for it!!!!

Posted .In some cases, our Geek Squad agents can only provide a delivery and a secondary team is responsible for the installation. However, I can understand an install by our Geek Squad can be timely efficient. Thank you, Rusty for sharing your feedback with us!

Worst appliance purchase experience of my life.

Best Buy appliance East Wichita has been completely unable to get a functionaing compactor installed. Horrible customer service and nearly complete lack of effort to make it happen.

Bad delivery, no accountability

I canceled the order and took over a week to get credit back to my card!!

Broke the first day

Awesome installation!
