My first unit was faulty and Best Buy made amends by offering free installation. The guy who set up my unit was also the only one who took the old unit out and carried the new unit in and set it up in less than 30. The delivery guys took 3 people while the setup tech did it by himself.

Good job done by the guys, but the LCD unit wasn't tested properly... Need them to come out and see why it won't display your heart rate properly.......

Welcome surprise. Was able to order their tech support AND installation on treadmill purchased from the manufacturer. That was a perfect scenario for us. The install went smooth and everything seems great so far, 2 weeks in. Again, I just gotta say it was pretty awesome to buy the install and tech support on an item purchased direct. Will keep my support subscription handy now.

My Medic Therapeutics Treadmill is awesome. Love the fact that it's smaller and after use, it folds and slides rite under my bed. The Techs who came out to set it up, were very professional, answered all my questions. Set up was quick. Having the water bottle attached is nice. Enjoying my Treadmill. Would recommend.

They were good and fast when putting together my treadmill but they wasted something sticky all over my floors.

Overall the two guys who delivered and assembled our treadmill did a good job. They did leave a few minor scratches on the hardwood floors.

Very professional and great timing!, such an easy way to get a technician, we were very happy with the results!

They were behind on the first day so it had to be rescheduled for the weekend...but they came and set up in an hour or so...so glad I purchased this because it would have taken us hours to install, plus the struggle of hauling it into the house. After installation, they connected it to the network and demo the product. I did notice the next day that I have a dent on the arm piece but you cant tell from a distance.

We have been waiting to get another treadmill. It had been over a year since we had one. At our age we mostly just walk at different speeds so far we have walked several times a day every day. We chose not to connect to the internet. We know exactly what we can do. The guys were very polite and wore there mask at all times. We could not have put it together ourselves.

We purchased a Nordic-track treadmill from Best Buy and opted to have their team deliver and set it up for us. Good thing they came to set it up because they made it seem so easy! I know the treadmill is HEAVY - but the 2 guys made it seem like they were putting together a model airplane or something - they were in and out pretty quick and cleaned up before they left.

The reason for three stars is because it really depends on the luck of the draw on who you get assigned as the installation team and if the product you get isn’t faulty. Went through three separate replacements and installation because I kept on getting a faulty product, however the last installation team was the best, very professional and made sure the installation was done properly.

First appointment was no call no show but the people that did come were fast and very nice

Seems ok so far after 5 weeks nearly Seems sturdy I did see a few extra pieces Hope they really were extra lol

Very quite. Easy to use. Have not used the I-fit trainer and the blue tooth feature as of yet.

I was expecting a BB/Geek squad assembler, they were not, they were 3rd party. As soon as they got to my house, one asked to use my restroom, and left the toilet seat up. They removed my blind during installation and denied it, I assume for more lighting or they knocked it off with the box, he told me he had no reason to lie about it and I needed to look into a ghost hunter for my house. Nobody else lives in that house but me and I know if a blind is up or not. I know they removed the blind probably to get more lighting because they had asked me if I had a light to help them see for assembly. When I asked if he was going to put my blind back up he said they didn't remove it and why would they remove it for more lighting when I had a ceiling light, so he told on himself. I never said anything about lighting, but that proves my point. Then they left the box for me to dispose of claiming they were leaving it because I had 30 days to return the treadmill and needed the box when in actuality i only have about 2 weeks to return it, they just didn't want to put it in their personal vehicle to dispose of themselves

Works great so far, no issues. 4.5 / 5 only because the “O” was missing on lettering.

Had 2 guys build my treadmill. Very professional. Did a good job. I would never have been able to do it myself.

My treadmill was delivered today. I couldn't be happier with the delivery and installation. They contacted for delivery time and kept me updated. They assembled the treadmill quickly, went over everything I needed to know and cleaned up nicely. Once again, Best Buy Geek Squad did a great job!

Works great living in a small home the delivery was excellent an the ability to fold the treadmill is great feature for space.
