The two men completed the assembly of the Treadmill, moved the heavy unit to the location we wanted and powered up the treadmill to insure it operated properly. This was all completed in about 30 minuts. They were polite and careful. We are very happy and satisfied with this purchase.

Even the turn on and off button is a bit off. But their service is much better than other teams that came for my washer and dryer.

2 Installers came to install treadmill. Glad I had them do it as it was definitely a two-person installation job.

There was also another tech who assisted her and he was also a pleasure to work with. Great Customer Service! I would use the installation services again.

Overall a great experience with the Geek Squad team, they were very respectful of my home, helpful, worked efficiently, and cleaned up well. Communication prior to the delivery to coordinate the eta was easy. They made sure it started up properly and walked me through some basic features of the treadmill.

I purchased installation for the treadmill I purchased. Three guys came, unloaded their van, unpacked the equipment and were done in less than a hour. They tested that everything worked and all is well one month later. Totally worth not having to put it together myself.

Delivery was scheduled for a 7 am to 1 pm time line. They did not show up until 3 pm, No notification they were running late. However when they did arrive. Installation only took 30 minutes. They really knew what they were doing.

Professional, on time installation from Best Buy for our treadmill purchase. Would’ve taken me hours to construct, installers completed in <1 hour and zero cleanup (they took all packaging with them)!

The team of men who came to the house to set up our treadmill were very professional and polite. They were quick to say that this was their first ever treadmill installation but that did not stop them from completing the job effectively and promptly. They cleaned up after the install and answered questions once they were through. Great service!

The treadmill delivery and installation came on time and was very professional. We are very pleased with the machine and the fact it was assembled by someone else made the process incredible and allowed us to feel enthusiastic about the purchase .

Not mpressed. Called geek squad and Bowflex (Nautilus) after installation (really only assembly) crew was not able to tell me how to use treadmill on manual settings and they also did not know. Had to take 3 days off work for install because crew did not show the first two days.

Geek Squad staff were very helpful! Although it took a few tech members to fully install the treadmill, they were patient and pleasant. Treadmill was up and running perfectly, and have not had any issues with it. Will continue to utilize Geek Squad and Tech Support services moving forward!

Love it. Just what I was looking for. It has 10 speeds and 12 inclines. There is a spot for cellphone and water bottle. There is a fan with different settings. It’s easy to fold and unfold. The technician put the treadmill together quickly.

The installers were friendly. They were not well equipped with the tools needed to transport my treadmill up to the 2nd floor of my apartment building....so it took a little longer than it should have to get it inside. But once in my home, the set-up was about 45 minutes. I did find a nail in the carpet, not sure if was an extra, but the equipment is working fine.

Tread mill is great, no issues. works great and is a huge improvement over what we had. Only wish the 12 months workout program that they said came with it activated, we had to buy it on our own. otherwise great treadmill.

3 young men came and put the treadmill together very. They did a great job and did not get in a hurry. Before they left they made sure the treadmill worked and showed me all the basics of it's operation. They were very friendly and professional.

So do I review the guys who showed up or the ones that no show no called me 3 times. Let’s go with the ones who showed up. Stand up guys. David at the Wichita Falls store really took care of Best Buy on this one. He did what he said
