Besides the multiple delays it was installed well.

They were great but I wished they didn't have older people deliver heavy machinery like this. They did the job but it made me feel bad

Excellent service from this install group. There was a problem with the first treadmill and they had to come back a second time to exchange it. Both times they were very helpful and professional.

We paid to have the treadmill installed in our home, but due to covid they were not able to come in the home had to do it in the garage. We were not informed of this until they arrived. Took my wife and I over 2 hours to get it in the room quite a feat for two old people.

The first team built went the extra step of breaking the thing so I had to have it exchanged. The second team was great in that they simply unboxed it for me so they could take away all of the packing materials and I could build it by myself later. It took the first team of two guys about 4 hours to get it done. It took me, by myself, reading and re-reading the instructions, 3 and a half hours. I would strongly recommend having a second person available for when you're mounting the screen, but it's not impossible. My wife paid $200 for the installation and I get the impression the installers are whoever show up at Best Buy to drive the delivery truck that day. They were not Best Buy employees.

The work took a couple of hours to complete by 2 geek squad techs. They wore shoe protection to not dirty my carpets. Before they leave, they helped me with programming and also cleaned up all the boxes and garbage. They were complete pro's

I have called multiple times to no avail. You have not returned to the house with the replacement part for my treadmill. The installers broke a small handle and relayed to me they put in a request for the replacement.

The two installers were magnificent. Worked quickly but thoroughly. They were friendly and helped me set up the sign in process. Highly recommend both them and their company

Installation was done very professionally and thoroughly. They took time to test it and show me the main features. First time I've paid for delivery and installation...worth every penny.

Two person team of installers was very efficient and experienced in putting the treadmill together. It would have taken me hours to do what they did in 45 minutes.

The installation work wasn't great. I saw pieces of plastic coming off the next day and I realized it was because the installers had not ensured that the part fit in correctly. I was a little disappointed as they could have taken more than 45 mins to ensure quality work.

Great Experience. The installation guy went out of his way to make this a great experience after Best Buy did everything they could to make it a bad one.

The installation was perfect. Two very nice men, father and son, were finished in no time. When they were done, all I had to do was hit start. They took all packing materials away with them.

The two men that arrived to deliver and set up my treadmill were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and fast. They even showed how to operate the device. Could not be more pleased.

The guys who came to install it were great. Wearing masks the whole time, which I really appreciated, and were polite and professional. They put it together in about 2.5 hours. I am glad I paid for the installation.

Installation team was prompt, clean and professional. Very friendly and respectful of covid protocol. I was very pleased with their service and am so glad we had the treadmill assembled, it was well worth the money.

the installation was very good once they finally got here. they could not make it on time for the first appointment and called me at 10:40 PM to try to reschedule.

Very professional installation. Box was carried down 14 steps to lower level, setup and assembled in less than an hour. This is a very heavy box. No way that I could of handled myself.

Fantastic ProForm Treadmill T10. Exactly what I was looking for. It has a large screen and is extremely easy to use. It keeps me advised how far I traveled and how long. it took.
