Geek Squad couldn't help because if they remote accessed in, my computer warranty would void. Apple Care kept getting errors and couldn't get it to install properly. Each one kept pawning me off to the other. I gave up.

It's always a good idea to have a solid security program running and Trend Micro is one of the best in the world for protecting Mac computers.
