I have used Trend products for the past 5 years and I am very pleased with the results. Very user friendly... I hate complicated products.

Used for about 5 years now. Easy to install on Mac or pc. Haven't had any problems with virus. Won't slow down Mac or pc.

After using Trend Micro Security I wouldn't want to use anything else protecting my computers. Does not slow down my computers. Protects my computers from viruses, spams and it will alert you to any websites you visit that are harmful. When anyone asks me what protection I use I tell them about Trend Micro Security every time. I've used another brand before and it crashed my computer. I am so glad to have a product that I can trust.

I have been using Trend Micro for 7 years now and it has kept all my computers running great. I have never had a virus while using Trend Micro and the best thing about this software is it doesn't slow your computer down. Thanks Trend Micro for making a great product and thanks Best Buy for always having the best deals to go along with great service.

Monitored computer performing after installing the software, the software does not slow down/used resources unlike other security software. Also securely block while testing to download and implant virus.

I have an overall positive view of Micro Trend Security Software. I first used it when I got a free 6-month subscription with my laptop from Best Buy. The user interface is pretty straight forward and I tend to get few pop-ups while it runs. I haven't noticed a huge drain on my computer either, although to be fair it is on a new laptop that I only use for basic tasks. I bought this in-store, it came in a box with a piece of paper with a code on it. Redeeming it was a few more steps then one would expect but I had it up and running in just about an hour. Overall I am pleased with this software and would recommend.

I've been using this program since 2009, I started with Kaspersky program and it blue screened my computer and best buy had to swap it out in 09. I get this 5 device security for about $40 around black friday time and its normally $100, works great and I've never had a virus or any issues. They will sell you the renew online but its cheaper to get it in the store for this price and amount of devices.

I bought this software again this year because I've had no problems with it, I've been using this companies software for 6 or 7 years, I didn't know when I bought it, it had no disk with it, just the code. It went in with no problems, just takes a little longer because you have to download it.

This is the version of Trend Micro that has been released specifically for Windows 10. Trend has been around since 1988, and knows the software security business. While some reviews have shown that Trend is slower than some of their competitors, I have found some degree of slowness with several different products. The only problem I experienced is being able to do custom scans, after installing the software. After working with the Trend support team, I found out that my machine must have come with a demo version of McAfee software, which caused the scans not to work. After removing this software, Trend began working as expected. I would give high marks to Trend's software support group.

This is the third year I have used this product for our devices. It is the only product I will use. I feel secure with the protection and find it very user friendly.

I have tried several different anti-virus software packages but I have had no problems since I started using Trend in definitely will be sticking with them.

It can be a little weird the first time to download from the web. But after you figure that out its super easy to set up and only takes a few minutes.
