    The price is great

I mainly did this purchase because of the price. I was willing to settle for ok results but it is better than I expected. Now I'm able to watch basic tv because I don't need high price cable in every room. The pictures for the channels that I watch are clear and not interrupted due to reception. The antenna in my opinion is not sleek so it's too big so it's not pleasing to my eye. On the bright side it is shiny so it goes well with the shiny bezel of my tv. For the low price I paid for it I think it was worth a try but I hope it doesn't stop working. I already recommended this to my brother.

Got rid of my bedroom cable box because I just watch local news in the morning while getting ready for the day and didn't like streaming from the news apps. With this antenna connected to my TV, I did a channel scan and wasn't happy with the results. Consistent broken reception on almost every channel. Moved the antenna over to the window (12" away) and got better signal but still interrupted. Moved it to the other side of our horizontal blinds and up against the glass. Better signal and less interrupted signal. Don't know how it compares to others on the market, but it was cheap and I get the 2 channels I want. Environment: Single-story home in tight housing tract of Huntington Beach CA.

Old Fashioned $3 Rabbit Ears Work Better

I bought these to replace the rabbit ears that I had been using. The rabbit ears worked perfectly and I received a good signal on all channels but I wanted to make the antenna less obvious so I bought this. After installing it and trying different positions at best I can get a good signal on about 3 channels while the other 10 or so channels have very low signals or none at all. Will return for refund and go back to my $3 rabbit ears since watching TV is more important than not seeing the antenna.

    Decent If You're Not Demanding

This is really for the casual television viewer. More often than not, you get spotty reception where you pick up some channels and then other days where the weather conditions are similar, but you pick up few to no channels. The clarity is always impressive. I have been able to watch events like the Superbowl or local TV news broadcasts with no problems. That's why I say, if you're not demanding and have patience to spare, you'll be okay. If you must sit down and watch your favorite TV program at the same time daily, you will get frustrated by the in and out reception.

I recently cut a cord, and was looking for an inexpensive, and yet reliable antenna to pick my local networks. I found this antenna at Best Buy very cheap, and decided to give it a try. I have two story house, and 3 TVs. Upstairs it picked around 10-12 channels, but not lower channels (2-8). Downstairs it picked 6 channels the most, and still not lower channels. So, I decided to take it back to the store. After further research, and for a little bit more money ($12) I got a better inside antenna, that is able to pick 52 channels.

I bough a digital antenna for my HDTV for approx 50 $,but unfortunately I've been experiencing so much trouble with a signal, especially when someone was standing close to it.My brother suggested me to purchase Triquest - Indoor HDTV Antenna to solve this issue. It took about 3 days to receive it and now I am completely happy....! There's no trouble with station signal at all,the antenna itself is black and looks nice,so it blends in on the furniture and not visible at all.I highly recommend it

I picked this up as the deal of the day for less than $10. It has more than exceeded my expectations, and I will probably buy another. We recently cut cable so we've relied on our new antenna and internet service to watch news, shows, or movies. I have used it indoors and outdoors with no problem either way. I do believe it's one of the larger antennas I've seen, but it can lay flat or be mounted upright; although a very minor issue it's still very worth the picture quality.

The Triquest Indoor HDTV works as expected. I live in an area of metro Southern California where dozens of over the air HDTV channels reach my home. I get both digital channels from the USA and analog TV from Mexico across the border. My old Rabbit Ears from the 1980s worked, and so did this sleek black Triquest box. This is hard to swivel or move up and down since it doesn't have a stand or swivel stand. That's why I gave it 3 stars. Good for the price.

Don't expect to be reaching signals from very far away with this one. It doesn't have the wall penetrating capabilities that are needed for towers that farther away. The signal is good when it actually gets to the antenna, but it still gets choppy and pixelated from time to time. I bought these at a significant discount during the holidays, so I would agree that they were worth the price then. Today, I would spring for a more powerful antenna and skip this one.

    Replacing rabbit-ear antenna

I wanted to replace my old antenna so it wouldn't take up so much space. This one has not been the best so far. It tuned in fewer channels than I already had. Going to try mounting it on the wall higher up to see if I get a better signal. The "stand" that comes with it just makes it tip over, and if you use it to prop it up the other way it takes up more room than my old antenna. The channels it does tune in seem to be just fine, so far.

I live near DC and am able to pick up about 20 stations very clearly. I use it in my ground level bedroom. Bought it because I didn't want to pay extra for another cable box. Once my Cox commitment is done I will seriously consider dumping all cable providers in lieu of what this provides. This along with internet entertainment found on You Tube and other online videos, I have more than adequate entertainment.

I got this antenna as a deal of the day for $5 (plus I had a $5 gift card, so for free). For the low price and living in a heavily treed area, I wasn't expecting much. I was able to pick up about 6 channels with very clear reception (15 channels available in my area), so it wasn't bad. The channels it wasn't able to pick up had towers >30 miles away. All in all, not bad for the price.

I brought this Antenna because of the one day special price of $6.99. I was using a RCA rabbit ears Antenna. This Antenna did no different from the one I was using. We use them both together and it helps to get the channel we want to want at the time. I get 30 channels. No different from what I was already getting. Yes I get HD channels which are amazing with Samsung Smart TV.

This antenna works well with most channels in my area but a couple of the weaker channels freeze and stutter a bit and require repositioning of the antenna. It works as well or better than other antennas I have tried in this price range. I think the performance is OK for the price. It just needs a fairly good signal to deliver an uninterrupted video stream.

After looking through the reviews for this item I thought it was worth the try. I was wrong. As it turns out the coathanger it was replacing is much better at bringing in television signals. If there was another one locally I would exchange it to see if the replacement is better. Since there isn't I'll just try something else instead.

This antenna really pulls in the stations and I am about 30 to 40 miles south of the signal. My other antenna (different brand) on another tv does not keep a picture from pixelating often. The Triquest does less pixlating. Better good deal for Deal of the Day. I would buy it again to replace the other one that I am using on the other TV.

I got this during a One Day Sale. Based on read reviews, I figured this was a good buy for a basic HD Antennae. Just as advertised, for under $8, it works fine but sometimes decides to lose the signal on channels like ABC. It recaptures the signal after slight movement of the antennae. I guess you get what you pay for.

It is an ok antenna for it not being amplified. It received most of the basic channels that I received from an amplified antenna that I got later on. It does require adjusting to get the channels that I want. Test it out and see if it works better for you. I decided to get a different antenna. For $8 it was a good deal.

This was the first antenna I purchased because it was on sale but once I installed I found out that it didn't pick up many channels. In fact it didn't pick up any of the local channels, they were all international channels (Mhz). The quality was poor as well for those channels and the quality kept on fluctuating

I used it on a City in the border with Mexico, and It reach channels from USA and Mexico .... For the price is very good, but it's need to be close from a window to get a better image for some channels. The only problem is that the cable is too small to get it closer to the window sometimes.
