No quality control, rude customer service

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Item was shipped to Best Buy I excitedly went to pick it up only to find that it had been damaged during shipping and there was a manufacturing defect that left it warped on the bottom and it literally spun like a top on the table in front of the Best Buy associate. Took it home anyway, called true grit customer service only to be told by a surly customer service agent that it's not a manufactures defect, when it actually was, and that I had to go back to Best Buy and exchange it if I wanted anything that they were not going to do anything about it. I should also mention that true grit ships out these kettle bells in very thin cardboard wrapped in very thin bubble wrap, no protection at all. Avoid this product I must've wasted $20 in gas going back-and-forth to Best Buy for the three kettle bells that I bought, the 26, 40 and a 44 pounder.
