Reordered and the second set was also damaged. There were cuts through the coating. I wanted to like the product but they need to do better quality control.

Bestbuy cannot process in-store return for this product. The manager didnt even know how to process the return. I went to the store twice and waited for 1 hr still they cant processed. They could have been issued a gift card to streamline the process but they dont know what they are doing. too sad.. never again.
