Is excellent for any office or work place ,confort and easy to move

Chair is soft and comfortable to sit in at my desk. Also looks great.

We bought this for a birthday gift but find ourselves using it more when the recipient is out of the house! It is well constructed, easy to assemble and very comfortable when in use!

Very nice padded cushion on this chair. Does sound like the plywood spey is cracking every time you lean back. We shall see how long it lasts. It gets high stats for the noce cushion and nothing has broke yet so no reason to rate it less right now.

Chair was delivered under the estiamted time, kudos for that. Directions to build are not so clear. The chair is confortable at 1st. The padding on seat cushion quickly worn down. Arm rest are extra padded, feels great specially when sitting through a long meeting or watching something on the computer. Bonus, chair leans back with ease.

From reading the measurements of the chair, thought the back height was 31 inches.. when the chair arrived and assembled, it was only 29 inches.Couldn't see shipping it back as an option now. The chair performs and sits well, but not for my 6' 5'' frame. Nice color and leather. Would have been 5 stars with the 31 inch back. :-)

Saw this in the store, looked it up on my Best Buy app and read reviews..liked what I saw.. High Back, chair felt comfortable, and was a good price. I got home assembled in about 20-25 minutes hex wrenches were included with the hardware.. Been using it for about two months..still holding up good quality

Seat & Back completely peel off in flakes and falls on the carpet

This product wasn't terrible to piece together and goes up and down no problem. I only gave it 4 stars because for the price I would expect something slightly more executive (could be a tad more comfortable).

This chair looks awesome, and I admit it is comfort and quite stylish for a very reasonable price. BUT... The “bonded leather” is horrible! It cracks and peels away on arms, butt rest, and back rest. Also base of chair and wheels had to be glued back on because they were both broken within weeks of owning. After a couple months of light use and heavy defects, I contacted the manufacture to get parts replaced and wow?!!! What a nightmare? They first made me take a dozen or so pictures of issues and proceeded to offer the replacement parts. Well after 6 months and 2 different shipments of WRONG parts sent so far? They admitted that they did not have the parts for my particular chair, and I would have to wait until the parts were available. It has been 4 months and NO parts or even a reply from them? Meanwhile.... the chair just continues to deteriorate. Thank God Best Buy was kind enough to send me out a $20.00 gift card for my trouble. Obviously didn't cover my almost $200.00 loss, but it was a kind gesture on Best Buy's behalf. BUYER BEWARE OF TRUE INNOVATIONS PRODUCTS AND ESPECIALLY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

was a great price for a great chair...very sturdy and nice leather! Was a little tricky putting together, plan on two people but other than that a great value!

I liked the look of the chair and it felt good setting in the one on display. The sail person was very good at telling me about the chair and chacking to make sure one was in stock.

I love this chair. It is a bit large for me but I can sit indian-style while at my desk, LOL, which is comfy. I love the feel of it and it is so comfortable and has great back support no matter how you sit. It looks good and the colors go w/ about anything. Was easy to put together too.
