Poor support and couldn't complete in app purchase

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have used product for past 15-20 yrs. this year I bought basic and did the in app purchase/upgrade to deluxe for state filing etc. couldn't get upgrade to work even after working with their tech support for over three hours and multiple phone calls. will use a different product in future years. Only giving them 2 stars because of history of a decent product and i did use the product to file federal return.
