I actually do taxes for others on a volunteer basis yet continue to buy TurboTax for my personal use. I've been a Turbo Tax customer for nearly 20 years. Best Buy always has the version I need and are easy to shop. I filed within a couple days of purchase, used their electronic filing option and received my refund within just over two weeks.

I love using Turbo Tax. It is cost effective and can do up to 5 returns. You can start and stop whenever you want and what you have done is saved. It goes over all aspects of your return. You can go through by yourself or have the Turbo Tax go through every step with you. I have been using Turbo Tax for years.

like the free one online, but you only need the internet connection when you start to check for updates, and at the end when you file. but you can keep your files for many years unlike the online one that only lets you go back 2 years I think?

We get this every year at Best Buy because we trust them, good price some other stores charge more plus years ago I got one at Walmart and it hung up in the computer had to get refund, never again.

Have used turbotax for years, its complete, inexpensive and quick. Takes you step by step,non complicated explanations and help. It files quick and easy, I get my refund back faster.

I have had some challenges in recent years with Turbo Tax support of the latest tax changes, but generally very useful package to enter data and do sanity checks on your return. Make sure you keep current with updates to ensure latest policies are reflected.

Turbo tax has been used by family for years as it makes it very easy to file your taxes. I highly recommend using some of the free options offered to you by the government however if those prove to be more difficult then this option will save you time and may uncover tax returns you may never have known about.

This is the best of the do it yourself tax products in my opinion. I have used this for more than a decade and I have never even considered switching. I did try the "free" or the online only, but I prefer the actual program being on my machine.

This is my 2nd time buying this product to use. It takes me step by step and is a great product for the price. I just wish I would have use this Years ago, I could have saved sooooo much money.

It does what it says, love it. It is cheaper than hiring someone else to do it and I am able to do my taxes myself in the comfort of my home.

Very easy for basic tax forms. Guides you thru every step. Imports W-2 data if available from employer. File federal tax for free.

Used this to estimate taxes for withholding from IRA distribution and plan on using for filing. Simple to use. Gets the job done.

Have been using various versions of TurboTax for years. Simple to use, and gets the task of filing taxes done!

My husband gets this every year, it is cheaper than using the online version.
