I know there are other products, but I have no reason to switch. My taxes are not complex and this is perfect for me.

Diggin through trash required to install Turbo Tax

This year the license number was printed on the sales slip from Best Buy. When I went to install it, I had to dig through the trash looking for the sales slip. Very bad idea Turbo Tax.

Difficulty in installing on new computer due to change in software and never having TurboTax on this computer. Required research, downloading a microsoft file before it would install. That was a bit frustrating!
