These headphones are very comfortable, lightweight and sound great. Im not sure why people would really want to pay much more for headphones, especially when these go on sale.

Solid headphones and sound quality. Still provides the turtle beach sound and quality just a bit less bulky and weighs less. Comfortable and if you're not trying to spend a ton on Turtle beach style headphones, this is a great choice.

The sound is great, turtle beach uses the same speakers in most of its headsets so it's on par with more expensive models. It may say that it's a "wired" mic but the only wire is one 3.5 mm audio jack to the controller since the controllers now stream game audio. So basically you're dealing with a wireless mic, and it draws power from the controller so no changing batteries in the headset itself, very convenient! Also you can unplug them from the control module it comes with and use them as normal over ear headphones with audio quality comparable I beats and much more expensive "pay for the name" headphones. My only complaint is that the actual ear muff is a little small for my ear and can be cramped if worn for over a few hours.

    Very small ear cups...

I'd consider myself having a large head, with a little over average ears, but these cups are small. I thought it was a joke when I opened the box as they look like they are made for small children! The sound is great and the options are nice, but they are very cheap parts as well. They spent their whole budget on speakers, then tossed together some plastic so it holds together. Turtlebeach has dropped in nice quality products for Xbox One. Not the best pic best of my dx12's next to xo one...

Believe me, this headset is the best out there for the price. I purchased another pair prior to these because of the price and they were horrible so needless to say, I was hoping to get anything better than my previous headset. I am very pleased with the result! This headset is perfect! It has awesome sound, perfect bass and PARENTS, if you don't want to hear you child playing a game these are for you! The tv is able to be turned all the way down and the game can still be heard using the headphones! Hope this review helps.

These headphones are great for the price that you pay. Sound quality is good and headphones are light and don't make me sweat as much as the Microsoft XBOX One headset that I replaced. Sure there are better headsets out there but didn't want to pay a couple hundred bucks and these do the trick. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good set of headphones without breaking the bank.

The headset meets the requirements for its intention. Sound is good except when battery is low. Its comfortable and the mic feedback is a good feature. The one problem with this device is the battery life. expect to by plenty of batteries or get rechargeable batteries. It will last for average gaming time. but watching late night movie and gaming will require a battery change. Recommending this device is a yes and no. Ultimately, a complete wireless not connected to your controller would be best

I'm a big fan of turtle beach, I think they provide a great value at the entry level pricepoint. It's definitely not for audiophiles, and I'd say if you can afford it, spring for wireless, but for a casual gamer like me that just needs a headset so the game noise doesn't disturb my wife, it's perfect. Audio is clear, headset and ear cups are comfortable, and I can wear them for several hours without issue. They seal pretty well when wearing glasses, but obviously aren't as comfortable. It's a much higher quality than the MS stereo headset, and if you can find it on sale, the price difference is fairly close.

I bought this headset for half-off on a Black Friday deal, but I would pay the full price for it. After two months of use it seems to be solidly built and cancels out background noise well. It's also adequately comfortable. The volume control has an adjustment to raise chat volume over game volume and vice-versa, which is also a nice feature. It doesn't have any noticeable effect on my battery life for my controller, and it can also be used as a mic for your computer as well. The only drawback is that the mic is fixed so that it only comes off the left earphone. I would have preferred a reversible.

I got this headset on sale for a very good deal, especially since this is a good middle of the road headset. It has a decent look, pretty comfortable to wear, and gives good sound. Not full 5.1, but good stereo that replicates to a certain degree. The controls on the adapter to balance between voice and game is very handy and gives you some customization when gaming with friends or in MP. The regular price isn't bad for a set like this, but if you find them on sale i would say they're a definite buy to get a good sound and not pay hundreds for an advanced set.

I bought these as my first ever gaming headset and I have to say I will never use a stock headset again. These headphones are great I can balance the sound of my party and and game volume with the included adapter. They cover my whole ear and the mic is phenomenal. You can here yourself talk so that you aren't yelling. My wife loves the headset as well because now she can sleep and not here my late night rounds of halo or call of duty. I highly recommend them.

I have never had something like this before. Being able to listen to the game and chat in the headphones is really nice. Hearing items to the right and left is great. Lot cheaper than a surround sound system. The cord for the headphones is pretty short and occasionally they will cut out but overall a good product. The real thing that bothers me is the fact that the controller doesn't just have a 3.5 input and Microsoft just finds another way to hurt the consumer and make it so the headphones need an adapter. Really like Turtle Beach though.

I am really impressed with my new XO ONE headset. For the price, they offer good sound quality and are comfortable to wear. I use them for 1-3 hours at a time and I forget that I have them on. Sound quality is good for a stereo headset. I have no experience with how the mic sounds to others as I have not done any chatting yet. I did notice that when I change batteries on the game controller, sometimes I lose audio, but if I disconnect the Turtle Beach audio adapter (included) from the controller and reconnect it, that resolves the issue.

I have always bought turtle beaches for my gamming and these do not disappoint in any way. These are very comfortable to wear and sound really good compared to most gaming headsets of the same price. The fact that this headset comes with the adapter for the controller is a huge plus and makes the volume easy to control. I would recommend this pair of headphones to anyone looking for a reliable and functional headset for gaming on xbox one.

This headset is quite comfortable on the head and over the ears. The bass booster is awesome. The sounds is good but max volume is a little low when plugged into a wireless controller. I bought an Afterglow Wired Controller and it gives the headset more power and better louder sound. Sounds great when plugged into my iPhone as well.

Prolonged use seems to tire my ears out as the ear cups are a bit small for me. But I'm a pretty big guy ex: I'm over 6 ft and it really only bothers me after a few hours so this probably won't affect most anyone else. Comes with an adapter for easy volume mixing, allowing control over gameplay and chat sound. Nice bass for explosions. Good for hearing footsteps. Definitely a worthy headset. Oh and it has voice monitoring which is a must for me, keeps me from shouting like a mad man.

This is my first set of expensive gaming headsets and I'm pretty excited about them. Good quality sound with decent bass boost. They have separate chat and game volume controls. Technically not separate it's more like a balance control between chat and game. Anyway it works well. Mic works great. The biggest issue I have is the cord length. Just seems to be a little bit shorter than it should be. It's enough to put the controller in your lap and have a little slack but not much.
