Great all around but just a bit heavy. Definitely a Best Buy.

I play mainly first person shooting games and this is seriously the best I've ever had, and I've had ones that were more expensive like Astro A40's! Literally can hear everything around you, and there really comfortable for your ears. You can wear them for hours and they don't make your ears sore or hurt at all.

Expansive range of enhanced audio environment that enlarged one's overall experience in a gaming environment. Communications were crisp and the headset was comfortable even during long periods of play.

I really likes these headphones. They are a bit bulky but have nice sound quality and are worth it.

It’s amazing I got it for Christmas and it was just what I thought it was going to be I didn’t buy the tac box yet but I’m really thinking about it. It a great headset if most of your breaks or just doesn’t work anymore, very flexible and is very loud I would recommend it to anyone!

I had a 2013 Astro mix amp and Astro TRs to go with it, however there was a issue of people sneaking up right behind me and I couldn't hear them. I picked these up to compare and never returned these. In fact, I sold the Astro TR headset. The sound quality is nice and the pads are comfortable. Now before you take my word on the feel of the headset know I have the world's smallest ears... lol but really it fit me nice, can't say anything really bad about this product but usually in Best Buy you can preview the headset so try it on first but don't forget you have around a 14 day return policy.

Very Impressed with the Turtle Beach Elite Pro Headphones. They sound very nice and the mic comes across well enough to passably stream if you so chose. The cool gel infused earphones do help keep you comfortable so overall they are worthy of the 5 star rating! Highly Recommend!

Love it how clear the sound is, and the clarity that I get when I listen to music.

I got this as a present for my teen. He was over the moon and really, really enjoys this headset and believe me, he's tried a few others, but by far, this set is comfortable and very clear, no buzz.

I have an old pair of wireless x41 earforce that areover ten years old. These ELITE headsets are WAY over priced. They are absolutley comfortable and the sound is OK, but there are no features to raise volume or to have bass boost or anything

Good solid set, great sound, comfortable, but a little on the hot side after long sessions. I think they are a tad overpriced for what you get..and run a little small, or I have a huge head.

This is by far the comfiest headset I have ever worn! The sound quality is top notch! I have had problems in the past where I wear my headset too long and it hurts, but this one doesn't! I definitely recommend it to those gamers who play long hours!

I'm on my 2nd pair. Straight out the box the sound is terrible. I had to purchase a elite pro tactical audio adapter from Turtle Beach because Best Buy only offered the amp. I was told by several people I should have purchased the Astros A40 or A50. The overall sound is decent but the old Turtle Beach (DX11 &DX12) sound better. I think for $199 the headsets should have came with the elite pro tactical adapter or amp.

This headset has amazing sound and the mic is very high quality. I was most impressed with the cooling gel in the ears of the headset. Very comfortable. I would highly recommend this headset. It definitely enhances the gaming experience.

I had always shopped at GameStop for gaming accessories but had horrible service my last 3 visits, including online. I decided to see what Best Buy offered online. I saw what I was interested in and that it was available in a store close to me. The customer service was incredible and checkout was fast. I was also offered an excellent warranty that far exceeded any offered at GameStop. I was already a Turtle Beach fan and was looking forward to using my new headset. They are the most comfortable pair I have ever had. The adjustable headpiece is fantastic. I was looking for headsets that offer separate chat and gaming volume which this offers and is not easy to find. I am extremely happy with my purchase and will continue shopping at Best Buy for gaming needs.

I purchased these for my son, but his only complaint was that he couldn’t use them because they were heavy. The overall quality is great...for an adult.

I have about 6 different headsets. This is definitely my go to headset. It feels very comfortable, and has excellent sound. The only drawback would be that; in order to bring out its true potential you need a $200 amp.
