I’m currently still using this headset and it has been a year. So far so good but the only thing that I do not like is that the headset can be a bit heavy. In the near future they should implement ear sets to change the gaming experience.

This mic just works wonders. Where I feel it doesn't is when there's ton of stuff going on, I feel it cuts out. Either than that it's great. The cooling system feels so great.

This headset has great audio quality, it is wired but plugs into your remote, so it's not that inconvenient. I rather have a wired connection anyway for quality and no lag

I absolutely love the headphones. Great for gaming. The only thing to make them better would be 7.1 surround sound. Yet the surround sound would require a USB plug in

These headphones are big. I understand that this helps cut out noise, but they can be a hassle to take along with you. While the headband has adjustable "tension" they still don't have a lot of actual size adjustability and I can't even tell the difference between "tension" settings. That being said, I have been able to wear them for hours without significant discomfort. They do also compress the audio so as to make quieter sounds (i.e. enemy footsteps) more noticeable, from what I understand. My friends have said that the sound from the mic comes through well, which is nice to know.

The best by far headsets on the block !! Strong sturdy

My friends say my voice is a lot more clear and I cut out less and less. Not entirely comfortable like the PlayStation Gold headsets, but better mic features.

This headset is simply the best . It's a great console headset. I've owned astros and other turtle beaches before this one feels the best and sounds amazing .

It has good sound and is pretty comfortable, but the headband piece broke off within a month.

The headset sounds great. I do not have a big head but these are a little uncomfortable after a few minutes. Sound quality kind of makes up for that though

After reading online reviews decided to step up in price point and grab this one while on sale. Glad I did. Excellent headset and mic but having separate controls for chat and game sounds would be nice.

I was expecting more from these. The sound is clear but not loud enough, even at full volume. They block outside noise really well. The adjustable headset doesn't do much in terms of expanding or contracting, but rather morph (if that makes sense) the headset that doesn't really assist in anything. The pivoting of each cup is great to help alleviate some of the pressure during a long session. For the cost of these. I was expecting more.

Less then 30 days of use. One side lost sound. Thank goodness for the geek squad plan to replace them. My son loves how comfortable they are.

The headphones are great quality and the audio is fantastic. One complaint is it has a small echo to other people in a talking party

The best thing about the headset is you can wear them for hours, they are also made very well. They will be the last headset you will have to buy.

Had to go with one star ("poor") as two stars ("fair") is just not the correct rating to give this product. The sound quality is okay, nothing really that impressive. Where this headset shines is in comfort and that is simply because Turtle Beach is known for making really uncomfortable headsets in the past so this one stands out. The suspension headband works well at reducing the weight of the headset, although the adjustment sliders for the suspension headband are useless. They made no difference when adjusted one way or the other. The earcups are soft and do help to alleviate the heat build up around your ears. For the asking price this headset is "okay" at best. Sound quality is not terrible but it isn't great either. They're pretty comfortable but what we mustn't forget is the price tag. There are far more superior headsets, in both audio quality and comfort, out there for less money than these. The Hyper X clouds are one, the AudioTechnica ATH PG1 is another, the ASTRO A40 headset is yet another example. Hope this helps.
