These headphones are better than past turtle beach headphones but they did take away some key features. The audio range isn't as wide as it used to be. On the Turtle Beach X12s you could make the game and chat sounds really quiet and really loud if you wanted to? However on these headphones the range is way smaller compared to the X12s. Although some benefits to these headphones are the 4 separate audio settings, The surprisingly long wireless battery life, superhuman hearing, and an easier to find and press mute button.

This is definitely one of the better Turtle Beach headsets. Very happy so far. If you plan on gaming for long periods of time, this is one of the most comfortable Turtle Beaches I've owned. Construction is solid and sound quality is great.

The headphones have short cord length. There headphone are have good sound quality but the noise is not contained but spread all around you. Overall, average is the best I would rate this product.

This is not the most comfortable headset, especially for prolonged use. The audio is fine, but nothing to rave about. The cable the headset uses is not removable from the headset, and is very short. If you can get these during a great sale, sure they work great as a back up headphones, or inexpensive pair of gaming headphones. But I would prefer a longer cable, which can be removed from the headphones as well, and headphones are more comfortable. At this price point, I don’t really expect more from the audio.

These headphones work great! The sound is incredible and I've yet to even add in the SuperAmp that comes with it, can't wait! They're easy to use and no setup needed. They're comfy for the most part. if you have earrings/gauges, then after a while it'll start to get a little sore.

Light weight, great sound with the amplifier, all the features are outstanding, bass boost (wow). Already have recommended to friends.

I really love the headset. Sound is clear and they fit comfortably on your head. I'd rather the amplifier be a pad rather than an extra part in between the wire connection.

So these are comfy and the sound is actually pretty decent. So why only two stars you ask? There is no way to adjust the game volume and chat separately. I guess to Turtle Beach that didn't seem like a big deal. But that is An absolute dealbreaker for me. I don't even use them anymore.

I purchased this headset to mainly play on my PS4. The sound is great, but more importantly it is so darn comfortable. When you're in one of those games that lasts for hours you want to be comfortable. These definitely get the job done!

I bought a refurbished item, and it came clean and working well! I haven't explored all the options that this headset offers just yet, but the microphone is clear, and the headset is comfortable.

Great headphones, The sound is fantastic and they are so comfortable to wear. Bought them refurbished $22 and have had zero problems, best headphones in this price range by far!

So my kid broke his sony wireless gaming headset.. I wasnt going to spend another $100+ so i picked up this refurb for $22. Not sure how long it would last but for the price if it lasts till his bday then I got my moneys worth. Easy set up, sounds amazing for price. I would get another for the pc.

Great gaming headphones the sound is perfectt plus I can play between Xbox one, computer, and PS4 and the price was great thank you highly recommend it

This refurbished headset looks like new. The quality is good and the price was amazing. If I need another headset I'll definitely buy this one again.

One of the best features a headset can have is what i was looking for. The ability to hear yourself in the headset while in chat and gaming with others is awesome. Now I don't speak too loud when gaming and in chat to the point my wife gets anooyed! Overall its a hreat purchase.
