    I purchased these on sale for $24.99. I saw the other reviews where people received headsets that did not work. Unfortunately, I was also someone that received a nonworking headset. I ended up having to return it. I do not recommend buying any refurbished products.

    Bought refurbished set, but the microphone didn't work well straight out of the box. A lot of static when it randomly does work, but almost all the time it just doesn't work at all. I doubt it was checked very well before it was labeled as "working" - so I will think twice about buying refurbished again from Best Buy.
