    I had came in because the headset sounded like it had static over the sound, after u got it on cyber Monday the gentleman was great and had gotten me a new one and recommended a 2 year warranty and I purchased it, best decision of the holiday

    Headphones themselves are ok, problem is with the mic. Mic is very low quality. Even with in game settings and pc settings maxed it’s very hard to hear you in game. Ontop of the mic being a static distance from the operators mouth. For the price, They are pretty good would recommend getting a little higher priced ones esp if using to game or communicate with others via microphone

    Overall sound quality is mediocre, microphone audio works, but is a bit quiet at times. At the end of the day you get what you pay for, a cheap headset that lets you hear and speak. Does its job.
