Great headset i can really hear the littlest thing

Excellent headphones for gaming, great price I recommend it

This set of headphones are fantastic for the price point. They have a great sound to them that immerses you into the game, music, or show you're watching. I had them on for over an hour and felt comfortable and didn't have any issues. The cushions were adequate and the fit/feel was great. I like the fact that I could easily hear low sounds, water dripping, high sharp sounds, and gun reloads all so clearly. I'm impressed with the sound and clarity as nothing sounded muffled or distorted. The flip up/down microphone is easy to use and smoothly operates when you need to use it. The mic picks up on your voice clearly and never distorts your audio. Overall the cushions are comfortable on your ear and feel good. The headphones are fairly lightweight and don't feel like you're carrying something heavy as you move around. The surround sound is great at this price point as it allows me to hear the audio move from channel to channel and move left to right. These are 3.5 mm audio jack headphones so they're very versatile. Can be used for any gaming system that uses the 3.5 mm audio jack. I also can use these with my mobile device and I love it. One set of headphones that can be used from gadget to gadget. Well worth the money on these. Can't go wrong.

I also bought these for my son and they have been fantastic. Much better than the last set he had (not sure where we got those) The sound quality is clear and balanced, and you can hear everything during a game without distortion or it disconnecting. The mic picks up perfectly and his friends can hear him clearly with no complaints that I'm aware of. What really impressed me is that he can walk into another room during a gaming session and still communicate clearly with his friends. That makes a big difference! They’re also very comfortable for longer sessions and from what I've noticed are well made. Great value for the price and work exactly as expected. Highly recommend.

I really enjoy these headsets. I have found that even though this headset is for the Xbox One gaming system, these aren't only for that system. I have used them for my Nintendo Switch and my Gaming Laptop. Now I haven't tried them on the PS4 yet, but if you look on the box, it clearly states that it does, in fact, work for that system as well. Now, with that being said, Turtle Beach does make Recon 70 headsets specifically for the other consoles. So now I'm just going to say that it's going to boil down to your color preference. I really love the green & black of the Xbox version. That 3.5 mm connection is the best. The sound quality is delicious, the comfort is top notch and the mic is clear. I thought I would have issues with these, mostly because of the price point. But no. This are great, for Turtle Beach's low end wired headsets. I have nothing but high praises for these. This headset is definitely on the more inexpensive side of things, but it works well and sounds decent for the price. I have a habit of breaking these things, so I don't want to spend too much on any one pair, but these headphones have held up well over the last month, and I expect them to last at least a year. I mostly chose these headphones over the competitors because you can mute the mic by flipping up the plastic guard. It works well, and I am happy with the headphones.

They really good for the prices, way better than the Xbox brand, comfortable and very good sound

These things are very comfortable to wear, the sound is great through game play and speech. Wore them during game play for a little over an hour or so... (2hours) ... playing Battlefield and GOW. Cord length is perfect to place controller down and jump on the mobile to send out a quick message. Looking forward to additional game play as time allows.

Solid game sound, personally I don't like the mic, I sound alright but could be better. The cushions on these feel nice though would probably buy this again just for the sound.

It is mid tier for sure. It is durable and the ear pressure is good so it stays in place. Main downside is that the muffs do not breath and cause your ears to sweat.

I would rate this headset a 4.5 stars overall. The price is a good value and the overall performance is alright. My previous Turtle Beach headset finally broke after over 5yrs of use. This lead me to purchase another Turtle Beach model which I hope will last just as long. I feel that my previous headset had better sound but the construction quality is similar. I did pay $100 for the previous set. This headset feels a little tight but probably will feel better after a weeks of use. Sound quality has average highs and the lows has been a little muffled but not a deal breaker.

Ive had this headset for 2 years its still holding up, mic sounds good, and the audio is good aswell. I would recommend this headset to anyone who’s looking for a cheap budget friendly headset for a console.
