Mic broke within 6 months

She can still hear but the mic doesn’t work. I lost the receipt and didn’t return them. I also didn’t purchase a warranty and I really should have. Next time I know better.

|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this for the XBOX1. This is a standard STEREO headset with adjustable boom mic. It utilizes a 4 RING 3.5mm headphone jack. They are pretty lightweight and adjustable - Fitting me and both my 9yo daughter without much adjustment but staying snug! The flip up mic is adjustable but only on a swing hinge. When flipped up it does MUTE. Volume control is on the ear piece and not inline on the wire. The only adjustment is up/down. No other controls Storage can be a little much. As they do not collapse but rather the cups just turn in and will lay flat on a table. They will work with anything that will accept a 3.5mm jack. But the cord is a bit small for phone use if you keep phone in pocket. Cord is about 3ft long. Sound quality is good but not surround. PRICE is really good for what you get. Its a good built product that has a good(abeit plastic) build quality. I would normally knock these down to a 3 star but the price puts this back up to a 4 star. With a little care they should be a good kid set for gaming or simply a headset for the car. If you are looking for solid gaming I would look into a higher grade product.
