Upgraded my sons headset to this wireless headset, and he enjoys it. Sound is a little low for my liking, but it's great for kids on video games.

Not worth the hassle

In addition to having to wait an extra day because the Best Buy location neglected to let me know it wasn't in stock until 1 in the morning, I had it delivered from another location across the state which would've been a three hour drive. I was excited to get it, but I was quickly disappointed in how the audio input was being recycled into the audio output. I tried going through Turtle Beach's customer support which just kept repeating the "Have you tried connecting through the bluetooth?" but it doesn't even show up on my list of nearby devices. The thing is just nonfunctional. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I'm never purchasing a Turtle Beach product hereon.

Mic sucks. Audio bad. Doesnt fit comfortably on the head. Headphones wouldnt sit flush on ears. Non adjustable. Terrible terrible headphones. Theres better for half the price.
