Has some good audio and I like that it is *supposed* to have both 2.4 and Bluetooth connectivity. I say “supposed” because that stopped working very early on for no reason. It connected to my laptop with no issue over USB 2.4 but as soon as I successfully connected over Bluetooth to my phone and used the app to download firmware and update, it now no longer wants to connect over Bluetooth. I’ve tried the usual unpairing, repairing, switching off and on…nothing works. It won’t connect over Bluetooth anymore. And what has brought me to update today is that now the microphone no longer works! Its connected over USB to my laptop and I’m sitting in a meeting today and when its my turn to speak, no one can hear me. I check the audio in the settings app and yep, not picking up any sound from my microphone anymore! Wonderful… Do not buy. This thing is junk.

However, the headset claims to be compatible with Xbox, yet the transponder is sold separately for Xbox connection as shown in the manual.

The USB transmitter for the headset is included, we're not sure what you're referencing, nothing required to use the headset as advertised is sold separately.
