Other than the appointment “windows” being way too long- 12 hours, really? The installers went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and we could use our new equipment as soon as it was installed! They answered all of our questions and even set up our streaming services for us! 5 stars!

The Geek Squad was terrific as always. They mounted two TV mounts, two TV's and two Apple TV' devices for us and instructed us on all of the different things these electronics can do.

I love it! This unit has a great audio with nice bass and excellent clarity in radio transmission. Definitely worth the money.

Caused $15,000 in damage you our new home. Chipped the wall, left installation equipment hanging out of the wall, showed up drunk or very hung over still smelling of alcohol. No accountability for there actions and tried to leave with unneeded purchased items.

I just wanted somee wired camera but they said I have to pay for the installation Geek squad isn't covered that

The installers transported the TV sideways rather than upright to my property. They also didn't read the mounting instructions of the mounting bracket as well as tried to put the lag bolts into the dry wall, rather than the studs. Not only that they used an impact to tighten the mounting screws ONTO THE TV. One employee was wearing multiple rings while hanging the TV and I had to step in to help them mount the TV. They didn't clean their fingerprints or do any proper setup. I was told this was geeksquad but the technicians denied being geeksquad.
