Tv in living room was too low, I was told I needed to get magnolia to put the cords into wall and I thought they would make Magnolia aware of that, NO ONE ever reached out, and cords are still out of wall. We are not happy. Magnolia was suppose to come give us an estimate on home sound system and no one came

I’m expressing my disappointment with the service provided by Thalia and coworker from your company. Recently, as a total tech member I’ve contacted their service to uninstall my old TV and install a new one. They was sent to my house to carry out the job. However, I was deeply disappointed with the work and all the trash that was left on my marble floors.
Firstly, the new TV was installed and was mounted crooked. It was not at all straight, and it looked extremely unprofessional. Considering the fact that I paid a significant amount of money for this service, I expected much better. They also damaged my newly renovated home with many holes left on wall.
Moreover, the new TV installed did not work properly and was missing the remote. There were issues with the tv remote controlling the sound bar volume. I had to call Best Buy back multiple times to fix the problem, but he could not seem to resolve the issue still, been few weeks now.
I am extremely upset about the quality of service that was provided to me. I expected a professional job, and I did not receive that. I believe that I deserve a proper compensation and install the TV properly.

My rating is on the install performed by the Geek Squad. they destroyed my walls, damaged my ceiling and left my house extremely dirty They did so much damage to the wall that the TV was falling off the wall. I had to replace the wall, fix the ceiling and repaint everything. I was very calm during this process and went through best buys claims process with Sedgwick . After over a month of waiting for an answer / reimbursement. they replied by saying they could offer me $100 as a courtesy. - I have never given less than a 5-star review, I have never written a bad review or publicly complained about a business in my life. but after many attempts to try and speak with someone higher up and being ignored I felt I should share. This is not an attack on any person that works for Best buy or Segwick it is a complaint on their process and how they handle people. I still would like someone to resolve this.

Very unsatisfied with customer service. Have been give incorrect information multiple times. Have spent hours on the phone trying to fix a scheduling mistakes and I have missed 4 days of work waiting for delivery, who either didn't show up or work order didn’t have what the agent on the phone said he had scheduled. Installing two TVs and one dryer is too much for them to handle and thats unfortunate, I’ll be going back to purchasing directly from Samsung, Sony.. Membership has been useless, Geek squad would tell me one thing and the delivery tech would tell me different. My tv was left on the floor after being told two TVs were scheduled for installation. I give up, my time is not valued and would never recommend geek squad to anyone.

Originally I had just scheduled an appt to see if wall mounting was possible. The agent was not only able to assess and give me a great quote, but he mounted it for me too! I already had a TV and mount so the total was about $150. My partner and a friend tried to mount it themselves and couldn’t do it so it was a great price for a professional to come in. Now I’m so happy whenever I watch Tv!

I requested a Geek Squad team to remove a large, wall-mounted TV in preparation for a move. There were constant delays and rescheduling on their part. Finally, a duo from Buffalo, NY ( I live in Pittsford, NY) showed up to complete the task.
The technicians were professional and friendly from the start. They carefully assessed the setup and had the TV unmounted in just a few minutes. I would recommend them. My issue is the scheduling. I had to stay an extra day in my old place so that I could be there when they finally arrived. I was told that there was no one in my area available so they were assigned.
