I have three insignia tv's. They are very easy to operate and that is one of the reasons I bought the brand. Price was great, wonderful picture.As a retired woman I felt very comfortable with my choice. Had a higher price t.v, but returned because it was too complicated to use.What more would I like? Also bought a sound bar which adds to the sound quality. Love. My t.v's!!!!!!

The agents made an appointment to come to my house for the tv uninstall promptly. This was done in the store so I didn't have to do the very difficult navigation of calling the call center. I can never understand the call center agents. I recommend making the Geek squad appointments in the store as opposed to calling the call center.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job of uninstalling the television I had mounted on the wall so a new one could take its place. They were very punctual, very polite and knew exactly what they were to do to take the tv off the mount.

Thank goodness for the Geek Squad!!! When my TV and mount were delivered, an outside agency was sent to install it. The guy didn’t know what he was doing and he made a mess of my walls. The mount was not what I wanted, so he advised me to get a different mount. I ordered it and when I went to pick it up, it was the same mount! I then requested the Geek Squad come out to install the correct one. A salesperson suggested one and I bought it. When the Geek Squad came to install it, it wasn’t right! Thankfully he had a correct one in his truck. That’s when he noticed my TV was defective. He reordered my tv and took care of everything!Total Tech and the Geek Squad are definitely worth the money!
