The guys were great. On time, wore masks and shoe covers. Only took about 5mins and they left me better screws for the remounting of my tv and even carried the tv into the bedroom for me.

Geek Squad deinstalled my SONY 65", boxed it, and stored in basement ahead of family room renovation. They worked neatly and efficiently.

They did a great job of uninstalling the tv off the wall. There were not all the screws there to put it back on the base, but they did find some screws to fit it and made it right.

the Geek Squad member was very good. Installed the TV. We needed a new TV. He helped us buy online the mount. He picked up and installed it next day. also he connected all the devices and explained the operation. He also helped us pick up a new Apple TV and the highspeed cables. He went out of the way to install the Apple TV and and explained how to operated various applications. Very friendly and courteous.

The installation service was excellent. The guy who took and processed the order took forever and got it all wrong, but the installers straightened it out.

The geek squad installed my new tv 5 years ago so I figured why not have them uninstall it. The team that removed the large tv from my wall was friendly fast and efficient. I would use the again.

The television was easily installed and done fairly quick. No mess or problems with the install process with the existing wall mount. Cords tied off leaving me with a neater install then before. Crew was friendly and fast, knew what they were doing.

The Geek Squad was the best they made sure that you were very satisfied with the installation, made sure the TV was in the proper position for viewing, and their attitudes were extremely friendly and easy to talk to, I need to say that Carter and his partner were great.
