Excellent, the Geek Squad did a great job mounting my tv.

Arrived on times and executed satisfactorily. Spent too much time trying to get me to buy a new tv.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job of uninstalling the television I had mounted on the wall so a new one could take its place. They were very punctual, very polite and knew exactly what they were to do to take the tv off the mount.

Thank goodness for the Geek Squad!!! When my TV and mount were delivered, an outside agency was sent to install it. The guy didn’t know what he was doing and he made a mess of my walls. The mount was not what I wanted, so he advised me to get a different mount. I ordered it and when I went to pick it up, it was the same mount! I then requested the Geek Squad come out to install the correct one. A salesperson suggested one and I bought it. When the Geek Squad came to install it, it wasn’t right! Thankfully he had a correct one in his truck. That’s when he noticed my TV was defective. He reordered my tv and took care of everything!Total Tech and the Geek Squad are definitely worth the money!

Adam and Mitch are fabulous. They gingerly brought in the LG 86" TV. To ensure measured the entry path to determine there would be no problems. They installed the mount and TV quickly and efficiently. I applaud them for their expertise and knowledge. Thanks Guys!

Overall Greek squad did what they were supposed to do with uninstalling our mounted TV. They were professional and timely. I only wish that the total tech membership offered this service for a discount to members.

Please, only send Matt and co. (forgive me I forgot the other guys name) to my place. I've had good and bad experiences with geek squad in the past. Sometime last year an agent was sent to my apt to install a soundbar and left holes in my wall for me to patch, I literally uninstalled and re-installed the soundbar myself. However, these 2 guys are consistent in their work ethic and professionalism. They unmounted my TV at one apt and mounted TV/Sound bar at another with no issues. I'll see y'all later in the year when I upgrade my TV again.

The agents mounted my tv and connected it to all of my devices. It was professionally done and they made sure it was in good working order prior to them exiting my home. They also made sure I was totally satisfied. I would definitely recommend the Geek squad! TJ (Mr. Thompson) and his assistant represented your Company above reproach! Excellent experience!!!

Guy came over and lifted the TV off the wall like it weighed nothing and then carefully secured it in the backseat of my car for me. Also got the mounting material off the wall for me very quickly. Very nice and skilled guy.

The Geek Squad technicians uninstalled and installed 2 televisions with perfection. They were efficient, extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. They explained everything and answered all of my questions. I was encouraged to call anytime with any questions.

Chris Baker and Brian were excellent . They mounted my 55 inch Tv and connected my sound bar, Both services were done perfectly! Chris and Brian were very professional, courteous and got the job done efficiently and did not take much time. We have had Chris Baker for our last 3 in home services with Geek Squad and he has been excellent every time!

I had initially ordered another tv, only to find out it was not compatible with some of the other devices in my home. Best buy quickly and efficiently uninstalled the old tv and installed the new samsung.

Cody and his partner, (Alex I believe) were outstanding. They were efficient, friendly, patient and thoroughly professional. The Sony product has excellent characteristics, and finally resolved the problems we experienced with our last two purchases.
