the policy provides for replacement even when a single LED fails, therefore if your product is under warranty, you are entitled to a replacement.
Generally, a full replacement cannot be granted, only when the warranty has expired.

Great lights if you can afford atleast 3 sets

The number of LEDs depends on the effect you want to achieve, but with a single Curtain you can still reproduce amazing effects!
Anyway, keep in mind that to get the best, clearest and most detailed complex ones animations on your Twinkly lights, we recommend having a high/dense number of lights in your display.
This is because each LED light basically acts like a pixel, meaning that the higher the number of LEDs you have in your installation, the clearer and more detailed your effects and animations will be.
