    Ok, yall messes up big time. Do not purchase this product. They can not ship it in the original packaging. The length of the cable requires an extension if you wanna hang it on the door. Truly horrible design.

    I own 2 of these in the RGB+W and they work fine. This RGB model had a hard time syncing and wouln’t keep its effect setting, so I returned it the next day.

      Sync issues are usually related to connection, since it's the channel the devices use to communicate and exchange data to be synced, problems related to connectivity however, could depend on several different reasons, usually though, not strictly related to the app or the device itself.
