I bought 4 sets of twinkly lights last year. then bought this this year. it struggles to find wifi and claims it will only work on 2.5 mhz. I was able to get it to connect but then it kept dropping.

I let him know I couldn't read the back of the package without my glasses. He shrugged his shoulders & said, "I don't know. But you can always return it." He said this twice & I asked 2 very basic questions. I didn't get his name. He had glasses on. He was thin-medium build..average height & it was 6:45pm.

Just save your money.

Reached out to customer service and they made me send all kind of videos and pictures showing it is not working and at the end, twinkly just stop responding. I am returning mine.

I bought the 250 set of lights this year for my tree, which has been up since Nov 1! Now my kids love to dance with the lights changing to their favorite music. What a fun addition to our holiday this year! Plus, it was super easy to set up.
