Great quality on Bluray. I was curious at first how the special effects on play in a high definition environment.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen this movie on VHS and tv. When I saw it on Blu-ray I had to have it. I think I can quote the entire movie and I really love Bill Paxton’s performance. (R.I.P)

The HD Blu-ray of TWISTER, the Summer movie hit of 1996 is a good movie all around. The late Bill Paxton (Aliens, Predator 2, True Lies, Titanic '97), stars as a storm hunter along with actress Helen Hunt. They both aim to seek revolutionary ways to gather information on the most destructive tornados that have ever been seen in one year. Their machine and contents, if successful, will change the way information is gathered for the first time. Along the way, they meet competitors out to get to the storms first and make their mark. This movie looks and sounds good on the 4K equipment with HDR. I am surprised there is no official 4K of it yet, being it is now the 25th Anniversary of TWISTER. The sound alone in 7.1 Atmos would be incredible. Highly recommended!

Watched this several times on television and my wife wanted a copy of it, so I purchased it.

I am a big movie lover, so when i see movies that i have watched in the past i try buying them.

I've watched this move a hundred times and I still like it. The CGI was great with a good cast.
