    I'm not sure what all the fuss was about for this movie. I never bought the chemistry between the leads and just couldn't get into the movie. My GF is happy with it, so that's something, I guess.

    how can you not love one of the most popular natural disaster films. although not epic in scale compared to other films of this type, it is good to see how far we've come in this slightly dated film.

    I did not find anything entertaining about how a person is in love with someone, but is engaged to marry someone else. It ruined the whole movie.

    The story was good. The special effects look a little cheesy by today's standards but still good. See a couple of now famous actors in their first role including Jack Black.

    The picture quality was bad. Also, it had poor sound too. I can understand why it sold for only $10.

    I wanted it for my collection of didn't-quite-make it films. Lives up to that reputation. Should have used a better brand of wind fan. The Disney ride was better.
