Said it would work with samsung galaxy s21 once i pluged it in and set it up it said my phone wasnt compatible so i returned it

it is very easy to charge my phone but it si very slow, to complete charging my samsung it takes 8 hours, I thought it charged faster

Charges up slow! The concept is good but the delivery is a fail. It takes about 2hrs to fully charge my iPhone pro max

Looked nice but it didn't work with my phone. Brought a different one a day later and worked just fine - I have a thin case but when I took it off, the TYLT still didn't work. Tried it with my wife's phone which is a different model, and it didn't work either. Maybe it was just a defective unit.

These do no work with our phone cases on. They are not a thick hi-grade case either. Who wants to take their phone case off for charging? I don't.
