As parents of a 5 month old, we're in and out of germ-infested doctors offices every other week. Thankfully, my wife did her homework and we bought the tytocare as soon as it was available online. It was easy to set up and our son seems to think it's just another toy as he giggles away during the medical exams - which is a big departure form his constant crying at the doctors. We've already used it twice in the last two weeks for a fever and a consult about acid reflux so it's already paid for itself in time alone. Would highly recommend for busy parents!

This product was given to me by TytoHome as part of a sponsorship. This is my honest opinion. Start to finish, the TytoHome Medical Exam kit is impressive. I use a Galaxy phone and the app was easy to install from the Google Play store. The ability to set up a trial run before setting up a real appointment and get the feel for how the process will go is helpful and will relieve stress when the time comes to use it with a sick child. I'm excited about using this when my children are sick and I don't want to have them exposed to more illness from a doctor's office.

I used the TytoHome device with my 2-year-old, and I was incredibly impressed with the process from start to finish. The app was easy to set up on my phone, and I appreciated that I had the opportunity to do a practice run with the device prior to making our appointment with the practitioner to build my comfort level. The appointment was easy to set up, and we saw our practitioner from the comfort of our couch very quickly. I felt that she was thorough and really helped guide me through using device as we went through the appointment. As a mom of a small child, I wish this was a tool I had when he was an infant as well! It's so nice to get care nearly immediately without having to take your child out of the house when they aren't feeling well and into a germy doctor's office. I'm looking forward to using it again the next time something arises!

TytoCare is a client and gifted me this product. This is my honest review. I got the device in just two days after ordering it. I would recommend setting it up at home to connect over WiFi at home and to allocate at least 10-15 minutes. It's a nice step by step guide and the videos on how to work the different exams are useful. I was able to add different family members in real time and to see them pop up instantly. I also love how the device comes fully charged up so you can set up easily without having to charge it. I would also say you don't need to be extremely tech savvy to do this seamlessly.

I'm a mom of 2 little ones with another on the way. My husband travels quite a bit for work so anything that can make life easier in this season is appreciated! I love the option of getting my kids seen by a doctor without exposing my other kids to potential germs or simply having to coordinate bringing everyone to the doctor's office together for a visit. The clinician we saw was so kind and had amazing bed side manner. I highly recommend!

Such a cool technology and service! I really love the TytoCare kit, the device and app are very easy to use and most importantly it saves you the time and hassle of going to the doctor. My family is using this for few weeks now and already had a great experience with a doctor visit remotely with Sanford health that saved me so much time, energy and even cost... For me it’s really the piece of mind if one of my kids wakes up sick in the middle of the night, or during weekend, so I can now skip the after-hours urgent care and get assistance right from home. Highly recommended for every family with kids!!

I purchased the Tyto home remote exam kit and it is amazing. Was able to be seen, diagnosed and prescribed medication all from the comfort of my living room. I wasn't sure how contagious the rash I had spreading across my body was, and didn't want to infect anyone unnecessarily. I was able to order this, have it delivered to my house, then got the treatment I needed. This is an agoraphobes dream come true. I may never leave the house again! Thanks Tyco!

I have three small children so it's not very easy to pack them all up in the car and just pop into the clinic, plus, I don't like sitting around in a waiting room either. So the TytoHome system worked great for us! I love that it's on my time! I recently did a quick check-in with a clinician about some ear trouble my daughter was having while my baby slept! It was amazing!

Great to have when your child needs a doctor but you can't leave the house or sheltering in place

My daughter has a ear infections from time to time, sometimes in the middle of the night. It was so frustrating and annoying, until a friend recommended us to buy Tyto. It's actually amazing. Now whenever she (or us) are not well, we are using it to check her from home, and speak with the doctor online (the one I spoke to was very professional) and getting diagnosis and prescription. It's changed our quality of life.

I am fairly savvy technically and I had a horrible time setting up this device. The app makes you put in the network password every time you use it and the pairing with the device to the phone is clunky and difficult. It literally took me two hours to get it working, partly because it also forced a software upgrade to the device that locked everything up for almost 45 minutes. Once working all i can say is it's cute, but not worth the money. It is also not stable. The app and the device don't always communicate and then disconnect at random. I could do as well on a telemedicine call with my doctor with a PC, a thermometer (this one is not FDA approved BTW, it's a basal thermometer for tracking menstral cycles) and a web cam. You can't hear the stethoscope or review the recordings so you don't know if it actually recorded anything. Then you waste $39 on a forced call to get someone you do not know to review it to find out it didn't record. I am returning the device to Best Buy for a refund. It really is an over engineered waste of time.

So grateful for my Tytocare appointment. This little device saved me a trip to the the urgent care and saved me money. Its user-friendly and has a great tutorial to walk you through the entire process. The appointment was quick and I was able to pick up my prescription shortly after my visit. Best part your visit is in the comfort and safety of your home. My family will never visit an Urgent Care again!!!!! Thanks Tytocare for an AMAZING product.

Glad to say we haven't had the need to use it yet but with one little one and another one on the way, having this in the house gives us great peace of mind. And we're already feeling like it was the right call because the set up could not have been easier or more intuitive. Nothing like fighting with technology when it's the middle of the night and you're worried about your loved one's health. Thanks, Tytocare!

I am an employee of Best Buy and my experience with TytoHome shows how far telehealth can go to meet your family needs. I have used other providers for telehealth and they cannot read your vitals in the moment, look in my kids ear, down their throat, take my temperature....etc. The TytoHome does all that and more. While good for any age, I wish I would have had it when my kids were younger but happy it is available now!

I bought this device after having a friend talk about how amazing it was. I am blown away about how cool this product is. To be able to receive real medical care through telemedicine is a game changer for our family. We have 7 people in this house... the fact that we all can receive care with one device purchase is awesome! And the doctors can see the ears, hear the lungs, look in our throat, etc. so we know we are getting accurate medical advice.
